Been here twice so far. The first time was when it was freshly opened so there was still a huge line and the parking lot was full. Drive thru took about 45 min, but it was worth it! Never had Tim’s before that and our experience was a good one. The food tasted more real than most fast food places, the donuts were pillowy and flavorful without being overbearing or too rich. We loved the Timbits! The Iced Capps are amazing! They are almost like milkshakes with how creamy they are. The breakfast sandwiches were good too.
The staff has been friendly and cheerful. The second time we went we got through the line much faster, and it was a human at the menu rather than the first time it was AI. I honestly liked the human better. The second time we went there were several items that were out, but that was because the truck hadn’t come in yet for the day, but the staff was still informative and friendly.
Overall good experience and good food!

I’ve been waiting for the crowd to die down so I could give this place a try. Mehh, it’s nothing special. I ordered an Iced Mocha Latte from the menu. I was informed they were out of the mocha syrup but could substitute hazelnut ( I think they should have all of the menu staples on hand). The drink is sooo sweet ,not creamy, and overall just okay.
The apple fritter donut is JUST a donut. It’s not a fritter and there are very few apples bits in it. It’s just a very pretty, very sweet donut.
The drive thru option is the only reason I might pick this over a QT coffee and real fritter.

The coffee was pretty good but the donuts were a hit with my dad and sister. We got a chocolate glazed donut and a honey dipped. I got a cold brew but I think next time I will add a flavor. Dad said drip coffee was good and sister liked her iced vanilla chai latter with almond milk. Mila was so nice and friendly! Just because their menu is a little funky online, we got a medium iced vanilla chai latte, a medium drip coffee, a large cold brew, and two donuts and it was around $17. Def sign up for the rewards programs. Here’s my “needs improvement” but I think it’s just super new-the staff seemed to congregate which is fine (when I went it seemed slow but that was about 3:30 in the afternoon). It seemed like a few people may have not known what they were making. The person making the drinks would bring one and then look at me and I would say the next drink “oh ya!” and then again. Several people had ear buds in which is also fine but it seemed like you couldn’t get their attention. They all seemed younger so maybe it’s their first job. Everyone was nice though. Also the donuts were good but they put single donuts in a paper sleeve and the icing came off our chocolate glazed. I think these issues will iron out and in fairness, I drove 40 mins there and they had to make a 40 min drive home. Will I be back? Absolutely! I need to try the vanilla iced donuts and timbets next. Hopefully more Tim Horton’s open up closer to where I live!

Stopped in for donuts. Sadly I wasn’t a fan. Service was just ok. Not friendly or welcoming. I was the only customer inside the store. My husband got the watermelon/strawberry drink. No strawberry but it has pineapple?? The side door was closed and you had to walk around the building to go in.

This was our first time trying Tim hortons , so we decided to go inside and check it out. Mary greeted us with the warmest welcome and was an absolute delight! We needed some time to look over our options and she was very patient, helpful and informative with any questions we had ! We ordered and chatted it up with her. It’s very clear she takes pride in what she does and puts her heart and soul into making sure us customers feel welcome and make us wanting to come back for more! Not only was the customer service outstanding, the donuts and coffee were the cherry on top! All for a reasonable price too! We left with a smile on our face we couldn’t wipe away, Mary needs a raise!

Took the family last week, the donuts looked amazing and tasted incredible. My wife the grilled chicken cheese melt and an orep ice cap and both were awesome! The burrito I had was def on point. The music in the lobby was relaxing. The counter people were fast and friendly. We will def be back when we visit town again.

So this is my 3rd time here at this Tim Hortons on Hwy-7. My first 2 times were horrible a little after after they had opened I guess. Well we’ve heard service has improved recently so my husband and I decided to give them one last try–to our surprise this time around service was prompt, food was fresh, and the donuts were amazing (we got a dozen). We were shocked, guess 3rd times a charm…when we asked one of the girls at the counter how surprised we were with how different everything was, she told us it’s because it’s under new ownership which makes all the sense now!!! Great job guys Keep up the great work!!
