Nice enough people. It just always seem some system is down or the wrong drink is being made for me. The doughnuts are mediocre. All that said I will be going back sense coffee places with doughnuts at a good price are hard to come by. Weekend with my family…you’re going to have to wait for awhile to get service This was during the day during the week in the winter…very quiet no wait.

On 10/21/25 I stopped by in the evening to order, went inside and waited and waited. A nice lady with short hair was making drinks and taking care of the drive thru. She apologized and said she would be there in a second. I saw another employee standing there on her phone not helping the short haired lady. Why couldn’t the other employee take my order? This is the second time this has happened. I won’t be back. The short haired lady was extremely friendly and was working nonstop. My question is why is an employee on her phone not helping customers?

Just ordered a hot caramel latte before work. One word: NASTY!!! Was cold, tasted nothing like caramel & milk tasted rotten. I will never return here and do not recommend wasting money here!! I used to work at Tim Hortons many years ago down state and let me tell you they aren’t making the drinks right.

My older friend and i go here daily for a hot chocolate and sometimes food which both are good. The staff is great. Always receive fast service. Always smiling as well with great attitudes. one of the few places I don’t mind going to daily. I recommend 100%

The non native couple in front of us got treated quucklyand staff bent over back wards. Stood in line holding a canister of coffee, waiting to order coffees and a 20 pack to go. Stood. Stood. 5 people inside and another employee outside, no major lines and no one acknowledged our existence or asked for our order. So we put the canister back and left. Went through the drive thru, told them what they did. And only ordered a single coffee. Was given the coffee for free but you guys missed out on a $40 order from us! And no longer a customer at this location.

Ordered dark roast coffee. Normally the original blend is watered down. Dark roast taste like it was the wayered down blend. I took brought all 4 extra large back. They asked to re make it. I just tokd it was fine instead of getting my money back. I will call it a loss. I threw it out and will not come back no more. They sait it was dark roast. Even though the reciept saod original blend. Its watered down coffee. If the coffee is not made right normally when i come. Then its time to stay gone and not waste my money on something thats not made right. Not sure if this not being consistant with supplys from compnays they get. I know its problem with many branches. Its up to Tim Hortonts to fix the issue. It does not seem theu are doing that but being cheap and having watred down coffee some how.

Don’t recommend getting food from here. Went through drive thru and waited 20 minutes for the order to be wrong three times. Customer service was the worst I have ever had. Tried to understand the confusion only to receive negative backlash from the staff. Understandable that mistakes happen- but the order was not read back, no receipt was given when the order was paid for and the lady passing out the orders outside had no receipts either. Orders were given to wrong people. Many customers were visibly frazzled.
