Sat in the drive through with 2 cars ahead of us for at least 5/6 minutes. No movement and I could see the guy waiting at the menu so i said ” Hey are they talking to you ? ” ” Nope nothing “was his response. I backed up and went inside to find 2 ladies seamlessly doing very little. One attempting to talk to the State Trooper at the window and the other wandering about. There were 4 other customers in side so I asked have you been waited on ? They all looked and said “Nope” . Needless to say I left with out that Medium Coffee I was so wanting for the 2 hour drive home.

Beyond sad. Place was run down and filthy. Chairs were torn. Place had not been cleaned in days or weeks. Every table had food on them. Outside tables were worn and dirty.

Easily one of the worst Tim hortons I’ve ever been to. Had us pull forward and wait for 10 minuets for our food and coffee while everyone behind us was served theirs and was on their way. When we did finally get our food, it was ice cold. Our hash browns were completely smashed and couldn’t even eat them. Didn’t even give us napkins. Waste of $20 and will never be back.

Cold stone creamery quality was horrible toppings tasted stale. This Tim Hortons has definitely seen better days. Can’t blame it on staffing because it was empty, filthy, and hot no air on. Person came in off the street went behind the counter made his own drinks and left. Poor business practices for sure. To bad used to enjoy going there.

Service was trash, placed a order and everyone was instantly confused, every employee was working on my order and couldn’t get it right, took them 3 tries to get my iced Carmel coffee right. had a line of customers yelling for someone to take thier orders, Manger was directing workers away from the register and to basically look at the screen in complete disarray, very unprofessional of the Manger to direct employees away from the register with 8 angry customers in line. Very awkward atmosphere, would not recommend.

Food was absolutely horrible. We ordered 2 sandwiches one chicken and one steak. Chicken looked and smelt like canned chicken. Steak smelled like puppy food. I was charged for 3 sandwiches. Ice capps tasted like the machine wasn’t washed good in a while. Definitely will not be going back.

First time at a Tim’s and they did not disappoint! The food was immaculate compared to a Starbucks, Dunkin, or Krispy Kreme. The service was a bit slow at this one in particular even with it being slower customer wise.

We stopped here on our way home from Up North. It was busy and while there were several employees present, most were standing around and not working. One employee was standing playing on an iPad. The employee taking our order couldn’t find items on the screen and instead of asking a fellow employee for help, just kept saying sorry and giggling. Two employees came in who were not scheduled to work and started talking to some employees who were on shift, so that took more employees out of action. Two of the mocha drinks barely had any mocha flavor. To add insult to injury one of the only two toilets was plugged up. Lastly the line continued to grow because of the slow, poor service.

The ice cream is awesome! If you haven’t been to Coldstone, YOU need to go! So many flavors and mix ins to get fat from. The service was not so great… they were very nice, but we were in there for about 35 minutes and only 2 individuals were in front of us. The one poor girl was struggling to scoop the sweet cream ice cream. Tough times there. Hope to see at least one more person on shift as they were struggling to keep up with the drive thru coffee orders. The ice cream is still worth the wait though.

Walked in to order and quickly left this might be the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. A deep clean is absolutely necessary you can see all of the health department violations as you walk in like come on at least clean the glass above where the cold stone is. Filth and horrible customer service do better
