Nice place to stop for a cup of coffee and a pastry. Coffee good. Pastry good. BLT sandwich a little slapdash in composition. No mayo readily available. Bread not even toasted. Donut holes excellent.

Poor management! Place is filthy! No dark roast coffee ready. At 334pm, worker hastily makes a pot pouring the heads of the coffee into my cup, that’s not how brewing coffee works I tell the worker! “Here you go sorry about the wait” a quick serenity prayer and I walk out the door for the last time! Tim Hortons is a great name that is a abysmal failure here on the south end of Cadillac. No excuse for it! None. Kant find employees work/open the best hours for business. Don’t stay open and take repeat customers for granted by sub par coffee and service.

Terrible. The girl cooking was too busy talking with someone on the headset & not paying attention to the cooking. Very slow at getting the orders done. Our panini was not cooked all the way, not cut in half, which made it very difficult to handle since it was very flimsy & greasy. We gad asked for mustard & she told us to go next door to the gas station for it. Definitely not a do over for us. Awful!

The donuts got hard and stale very fast, like within hours. They were good tasting, just not as amazing as the hype leads to believe. The Timbits are delicious, though! And stayed fresh for days!!

Location is filthy. Seemingly well-staffed, though all were chatting and on their phones in the back. Service was dismissive, rude, and inept. Took one sip and threw my drink away before leaving. Next time I’ll grab something from the gas station next door.

Understaffed, apparently based on wait time and dirty conditions in the lobby. Wait time is not good. Donut, timbit, etc has been varied from stocked to to completely empty over our last 3 visits. Staff is friendly but as I stated above, it seems that the store is well understaffed or management is falling short. Last year the lobby would often be closed during regular hours, I regret the conditions because it’s the only Tim Hortons within 90miles

Every time I try to visit they are out of almost all of the food. This time they only hand chicken and ham. NO lettuce, NO chicken salad, NO tuna, NO bread except for wraps, NO donuts, muffins, donut holes and with over 2 1/2 hours until closing. I don’t know how they remain open when they can’t plan to have enough food for the day and refuse to make more.

We ordered a turkey club and blt sandwich to go. The picture showed both on a ciabatta style bun. They served both sandwiches hot as a panini on regular bread with no tomatoes and hardly any filling. If they were out of the ciabattas and tomatoes it would have been nice to know that. It wasn’t very good and we would definitely never order food here again.
