Drove way out of my way on a long trip needing coffee on the road and what they are closed at 730pm on a Friday online says 8pm workers sitting in a car in the back of the building. Fix this for all tim hortons, not the first to be closed well before its posted time.

A couple times now my Hazlenut Iced Capp has been very bitter, with far too much syrup. This is not normal and as you can see in the picture it is wayyy darker than it should be, and it is not even drinkable.

Was greeted at the drive thru with a nasty attitude “Can i help you find something”. Still ordered our food, and moved to the drive thru window. Not only did Bri not apologize when asked about her behavior, but continued to blame the customers for being disrespectful. Along with the 3 other girls who decided to sit at the window and laugh. Definitely needs to learn how to have good customer service, or common curiosity.

Great assortment of both lunch and breakfast sandwiches, bakery items (donuts, bagels, croissants, TimBits (donut holes), etc). Fresh ingredients and easily customizable sandwiches. Everyone in my family prefers a different kind of bread for their sandwiches so we can make a sandwich work for everyone (one with a bagel, one on a croissant, etc).
