Last week I went through the drive-thru and ordered 9 items. We were told to pull forward and the worker came out handing us our “order.” There were only 2 things in this bag. I never knew anyone could mess up this bad! 7 items were missing! I walked in and the workers had to look up my receipt since they were oblivious to their mess up. When I went back to my car I looked through the bag and they missed another item, AGAIN. I went back in and the person who had gloves on, literally went through the trash to find my receipt to verify that I bought the bagel (which I did). She used the same gloves to continue making my bagel and others food!! I can’t wrap my head around how someone could miss 7 items and think it’s okay to dig through the trash and use the same gloves to prepare food.

Ordered iced Carmel machiotto extra shot with cold foam. They made it hot then dumped it into a cup of ice and added cold foam. I lost half the drink and it wasn’t good. When I asked for them to fix it agian he told me I’d have to pull aeou.d and wait in line agian cuz it takes to long to make.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a ten pack of blueberry timbits, but I just got a random assortment instead and half of them aren’t even glazed. When I called, no one offered to help me and I’m too far away, so I guess I’m just stuck with these very disappointing nonblueberry timbits.

Delicious, fresh, warm donuts. Wasn’t sure how I wanted my coffee, explain that it just needed to be tolerable, not bitter. My husbands caramel mocha was perfect, as was my drip coffee. We will definitely be returning!
