Just stopped by for donuts while they seemed fairly busy, but the workers were very friendly and made sure everyone was served in an equal amount of time. The communication seemed very good for the team on shift today. There was an unhappy woman about waiting for her food, which I’m sure they’ve communicated with her about the sounds of things, but the worker she chatted with, he handled the situation calmly and as kindly as he could.

Great tasting food and drinks! Unfortunately many complain about the wait time and service without realizing What it takes to offer many items that are of superior quality than what the competition offers. Overall “yes” you will often wait longer depending on what others in front of you are ordering not to mention what you will order and the time it takes to prepare. However important to remember is that you stopped because you wanted “better” and perhaps get what others don’t offer. Thank you to the workers for all your hard work!

Slow/nonchalant service, filthy bathrooms, not a single clean table, food & garbage on dining floors, out of ingredients/products ordered. Our server was touching everything with his gloves on – including his face, money, and till – and then right onto making sandwiches with same gloves on (not ours thank goodness). 3 workers and not one attempted to clean tables/floors even after they had no customers to wait on. Super unimpressive. Corporate might want to check in once in awhile. Side note: the food we got tasted good.

Horrible experience. Service was really slow, got handed my iced coffee wasn’t told what drink it was as I asked the person working she continued to stare at me and shut the window in my face. We sat in the line for 40 minutes after 2 drinks came out. We waited for 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches after knocking on the window she opened the window and proceeded to tell me there’s only one person in the back as another worker came up and said “it’s right here!!” I wanted to pay for the car behind me and she got it confused with me paying for the whole line. Horrible experience do not recommend to anyone.

I was there on Sunday August 13th 2023 at 12:20:45. I am not sure what position Kaylynn is in but she should be FIRED! I waited 25 min for a TAKE 10. For those who don’t know.. it’s a box of coffee that serves 10 and served with 10 small cups lids and condiments. I worked for Tim Hortons for 4 1/2 years. I know things get busy. But when waiting by the counter and over hear the 45 year old guy pouring coffee in drive thru come to front counter and say to the guy waiting for it to stop to finish my order. He replied” Fu@k him I am taking it!”
