I always come through in the morning and the young man with the red hair has no customer service skills at all. I don’t know why he works the drive thru. Before I leave I have to always tell him ‘”You’re Welcome”. He just takes your money and turns his head. I had already emailed corporate, but apparently nobody cares. He’s the only one that does that. The other workers say things like, “Have a nice day, or Thank you.” But he stands there looking like a zombie. Customers should be made to feel appreciated. After all, we’re the reason you’re in business. This just happened this morning around 6:46.

My dog already don’t like the pup cups, I should have listened to him. First time I finally decided to get a breakfast sandwich from there and my eggs were gray It’s seen in the pictures will not get any more food from there.

Ordered the 31 piece blue bucket Tim bits I placed an order at 5 o’clock in the morning. I went to pick it up at 5:45 AM and I was told that they still didn’t have any Tim bits ready to go… How do you not have donuts at a donut shop And now I am told that they don’t issue refunds I have to go through customer service customer service says they don’t Issue refunds unless it’s DoorDash not on site pick up that I have to go through the individual store and they are refusing to give me a refund for product that they didn’t even give to me because it wasn’t even ready. 45 minutes after opening.

Slow service. Gave my order at speaker, asked if they had everything correct and they didn’t. Had it corrected and got to the window and they still forgot the item, had it added on and upon receiving the items one of them were still wrong.

Decided to go here while we were up north. Even bypassed a Starbucks to do so, but never again. Coffee was fair, donuts nothing to brag about and check your breakfast sandwich before you leave to make sure you get what you ordered….

Placed a mobile order and they did not have what I ordered. They refused to refund me and told me I’d need to go through the app. I submitted an email through the app and was told the only way I could get a refund was through the store. So I didn’t get my order and I didn’t get a refund. 25$ completely wasted, basically a donation to Tim hortons.
