Usually this place is great. Morning crew during the week days are top tier. That weekend crew though??? Trash. 6pm on a Saturday night, 2 hours before closing saying they can’t make anymore food.
But this isn’t the first time they have done this…. this is like the 10th. There is always an exscuse why they can’t make an item, whether it be food or drink, morning or afterenoon. They’re honestly just lazy and DONT want to work or make an effort. I’ve been coming here for the better half of 10 years and I’m so fed up with this new weekend crew that I had to come be a Karen on Google. Thanks a bunch guys.

Went there this morning and specifically asked for coconut milk in my latte as I have a lactose intolerance. Was cut off 3 times as I tried to ensure it was coconut milk and the rep just kept asking anything else but didn’t change it on the screen. She said “ok I gotcha anything else” and was very dismissive. I asked several times because ppl make mistakes. I got to the window and double checked with a guy and he said let me check and a manager said “Yea she used it” and I believed in that and got my drink and could automatically taste it was regular milk. I would’ve rather they have said they didn’t have any instead of being mislead. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I wasted my money and could’ve gotten ill. Do better.

At about 12pm on 2/12/25 I ordered a turkey panini, which is not on the menu, chips and medium sprite. My total was $9. The 2 women I interacted with were nice, polite, and helpful. They almost forgot to give me my drink, I had to ask for it after I was handed my food and told to have a good day, I received no napkins or receipt. Honestly in todays world it was a good fast food interaction for me.

I came into the building this morning, walked in and stood in line for about 15 minutes before asking if somebody could take my order. 5 people on shift they all walked past me as if I wasn’t there. Manager yelled at a short dark hair employee for not assisting us and she death stared me for 5 seconds before walking away crying LOL. Trying to intimidate me. Manager on shift was the only one working and still couldn’t get my order right after telling him twice. African American girl and tall white blondish hair girl were standing in the corner just watching us sit there and ask for help and laughing. I said my peace to these unprofessional CHILDREN and left. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. As a fast food manager it is beyond saddening.

Lunch hour usually have to rush, there was no line. Placed my order through the drive thru, I ordered the turkey club combo. Get to the window no greeting just pay and starts handing me parts of my order then another team member brings my sandwich. OMG! This has to be the worst experience ever in a fast food place. I used the restroom first to wash my hands. It was filthy. Pictures doesn’t do it justice. The service horrible. I got a bacon egg and cheese croissant. Cooked beyond death. When sandwich was done she just called out to whoever. Then waited to see who responded. There were several other people there. I received no bag. I had 2 donuts put in a tiny bag and so with Sammy in hand grabbed some napkins And , my tiny bag and left. No one said thank you or anything at all. Just terrible customer service. If I had not been so hungry I would not have eaten anything. It was so dry. Crumbling and got all over my coat and car seat. I have posted pictures. I told clerk about bathroom, but was totally ignored. She said nothing at all too me.

Took forever to get our coffee then it’s just straight coffee no cream or sugar which no big deal mistakes happen but when I took them in to get fixed every employee looked at me like I was garbage then not one apology not even an acknowledgement from any of the staff except for the blonde younger maybe late 20s tops was very sweet as for the rest of them y’all need to teach your staff good customer service! I run a store and my staff would Nvr treat a paying customer that was not mean nor rude at all the way y’all did!

I ordered a coffee mocha a 10 pack of Tim bits and a couple breakfast sandwiches. The young man at the counter was very nice. The coffee mocha tasted like straight coffee, no whipped topping or chocolate sauce. The breakfast sandwiches were cold. When I asked to have whipped topping on my coffee mocha and that it tasted like straight coffee, I got handed a lid with whipped cream on it. To put it in my coffee myself. Shouldn’t be that hard to make a coffee mocha that actually taste like a coffee mocha. Breakfast sandwich is not being cooked. Cheese Wasn’t even melted. The people that worked there were nice enough, but miss the Mark big time and preparing the drink and food.

Safe Serve practices need to be revisited with the service staff. I came through the drive-through and watched the Staff making my drink put her hand down inside of the cup and over the rim of the cup she was using to make my drink. When I asked to not use that cup the staff denied putting her hand “inside” the cup and walked away. The person covering drive through remade the drink but placed to cup top face down on the counter. I asked for another top because this was not sanitary. Ultimately I wasted $7 for a coffee I did not drink and instead went to the competitor just across the road. I felt like I asked for too much to not have unsanitary handling of my cup. Just feedback I thought you might find important!
