Tim Horton is my first choice for coffee, wherever I am. So far, my favorites are in Imlay City, New Baltimore, Davison and Fenton. Orders are always accurate, staff works quickly, orders are accurate and they are so pleasant. Prices are good and if you use the app, you get deals and sometimes a free coffee.

I have been so leery about going back to this location. But I did this morning. And once AGAIN, my simple coffee was made wrong. At $3.81 a cup, and 4 out of 5 times it’s wrong, I feel like I need that money back so I can afford a Starbucks coffee. Very disappointing when you’re absolutely looking forward to that 1st cup of coffee of the day and it’s wrong…sucks! Also, they could be a little more personable. Never say a word when you get to the window.

For some reason whenever something chaotic happens in my life or I get depressed I come to this Tims and get a coffee and sit in the parking lot and think and it really helps me. Staff is always so nice and I think they deserve a higher rating. Working fast food or at a gas station is way more stressful and difficult than most people give it credit for.

Been going to the drive-thru for years. Best coffee for the price around. Still true. But the service has went downhill lately. Fierce competition in the area, including Dunkin, Crust, Biggby, etc. Not sure I’ll keep going if I keep getting treated poorly. Not worth it.

I came back to edit my review from 1 star to 5 stars. I had gotten a hold of someone from the afternoon crew and he took my name down and said when I came back up in the future they would fix the issue. When I went in the afternoon crew was great and resolved the shortage immediately. Changed my view on this location completely.

First time at this Tim Hortons, paid for a 40 pack of tim bits, got home, opened the 40 pack box to find 20 tim bits in the package. Tried calling because I can’t get back up to the store to see what can be done, and no one will answer the phone.
