Big improvements here over the last several years! When I moved here this Tim’s was horribly slow and I would avoid it.
With the Milford Tim’s closing there is not so much Tim’s in my life anymore but I stopped here today (and I’m considering my previous visit to that) and this is a totally different place.
The cold stone creamery is not here anymore but the drive through is noticeably quicker, the store inside is clean and donuts were stocked up in the case. The bathrooms are clean, the store is clean, and the dark haired lady has served me for orders during the last two visits and is so kind!
Food came out quick and as ordered. My recommendation would be to upgrade the asphalt parking and drives but this place is better than it used to be for sure!

Huge shoutout to Jamie who single-handedly saved my Sunday. After someone cut me off and turned my car into an accidental Iced Capp crime scene, I pulled back into the drive-thru already defeated.
For context: Sunday Iced Capps are basically a family tradition. It’s sacred. It’s emotional. It’s non-negotiable.
Jamie was so kind, upbeat, and genuinely caring that they completely flipped my mood around. Instead of stewing in caffeine-soaked rage, I left laughing and smiling like nothing ever happened. Until I got home and realized the mess I had to clean up…but that’s not the point.
Proof that great customer service (and a good Iced Capp) can fix almost anything. Tim Hortons, please protect this employee and Etienne at all costs ☕️❤️

First of all do not come here unless you want to be trapped in line when they inevitably are out of the thing you ordered. This type of Drive thru design should be illegal. Secondly either they took that into consideration and lied to me just so I’d wait patiently in line (again no choice), or they just didn’t give a crap to check to see if they had the bagel I asked for, or maybe it was in the bag they gave to the guy in front of me that was returned because they handed him the wrong order… either way I spent my entire break in line and got nothing… Maybe time Hortons should start paying a living wage so they can get better help (or the help they have might take it seriously)

If you want a chill place to study and eat. Well do I have the place for you. As you can see This Tim Horton’s has great staff as well as affordable food. (Ofc great coffee) The selections of pastries is immaculate ranging from muffins to donuts of many a variety, I have tried some of the new coffee flavors such as the Caramel apple latte (as shown in picture) and the Maple cinnamon one too both 11/10. If you need a break from home or work this is the place to go as employees are great to chat with and are super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Also Atmosphere is the same as having a snow-day in January. ☕ ⛄

I went in first thing this morning. Ordered a Red Bull and a breakfast sandwich. I was approached by a female who clearly does not like her job. She was very rude and short with me. I heard another worker call her Allie. Unfortunately we have the same name but I am definitely not a witch that early in the morning. She needs to do better, it’s to early in the morning to treat people so rude.

Twice I have gone here one time I found a hair in my donut holes and the manager said they’re made at the factory so it’s an issue with the factory! Also another time we went through and my girlfriend ended up with a hair in her coffee! They are so lucky I didn’t call the health department with pictures they need to start wearing hair/beard nets!
Don’t they know that hair holds DNA traces and can be proven it’s somebody within their company?!

Good location with slower service which is not a bad thing I hate being rushed. Which is how they like thier drive through. Which on busy days is appreciated but when no one else is behind you makes it awkward.

Quick stop in for some coffee. Easy to get to from the highway. They also have a Coldstone, so you could really live it up amd get Tim Bits and ice cream! Convienient drive through.

love the bagels, sometimes they barely put cream cheese on it though. this is one example. opened it when i got home. if it was free it would be different but it’s $1 for cream cheese and this is what i got.

The food would have got more stars but the staff has no respect for their jobs or the customer spending their time and money to go there. The kid at the window clearly didn’t want to work and takes it out on the customer. He was not happy about having to do his job and took it out on me. Very rude, threw my order together very sloppy. Was upset that I wanted cream cheese on my bagel and that he had to put whip cream on my frozen drink and the sandwiches were a mess. Also upset about getting my tidbits I mean how had is that. Maybe try hiring people who understand the value of a customer.
