We always get a dozen cookies. A variety pack of those that most catch our eyes from the wonderful, and well organized display case. These cookies are absolutely delicious, each one better than the next. WOW! And for high end cookies they are very well priced. The owner and staff are always helpful & friendly. I’ve been excited for quite some time to try The Cookie Place, although I live an hour and 10 minutes from here so it’s extremely rare for me to visit London. I am here for a few days and thought I’d make the most of it by finally trying out The Cookie Place.
I ordered online to make sure I secured the ones I wanted. I got 2 Reese cookies, 2 smores, 2 m&ms, 1 kinder, and 1 chocolate chip. So it wasn’t the cheapest order, but I was more excited for the cookies so I didn’t mind!
Upon arriving to the store, the atmosphere is beautiful, simplistic chic vibes. The layout of the cookies is so drawing, I don’t know how anyone could walk out without buying anything. I was so excited to be there!
A lady came out from the back, she did not look very happy, wasn’t overly friendly at all. Which is fine maybe she wasn’t having a great day, but she was very quick and short with me. I got my cookies and went back to where I’m staying. I thought it was interesting 8 cookies were all in one tiny box, but they were in 4s stacked beside each other. Again, different as I thought they’d be in a box where you can see them all but that’s okay. Until I realized one of my S’more cookies was in the middle of the pile, so the cookie on top of it got stuck, ripping out some of the marshmallow, some got on the Reese cookie, then the Reese chocolate fell off, I was a little frustrated.
Just not exactly the whole experience I wanted from here but the cookies do taste good. So far I have eaten an M&M, and a s’more, both taste great. Just expected better presentation for spending money on gourmet cookies. Hate when my cookies are stuck together and then toppings get pulled off.

So I love this place great server, they where really patients with my since it was my first time ordering. I got cookies and cream cookie, with was very good but really sweet, and the Reese’s pieces one, witch was also amazing. I shared with my friend because we wanted to try more then one and they are big cookies, I don’t think I could eat two full ones. Needless to say this place is great all they need is to serve with it is some milk or even chocolate milk and then they’ll be golden.

Really yummy cookies. Loved the size options. And how creative they were with the flavors. My personal favorite was the m&m they had a lotus flower but I didn’t get to try it but it was flying off the shelf… very popular. The birthday cake was also a delicious choice. Go early because they sell out!

We went to get some cookies and cheesecakes. We ended up spending over $35 on 2 Cookies, and 2 cheesecakes. Cookies were OK a little hard but chewy in the inside they used to be better but the cheesecake we were really disappointed on. They used to dip it in chocolate and do swirls on top not anymore. I don’t think that’s worth $7.99 very disappointed I don’t think we’ll try it again it sucks because we used to love this place. I will post pictures I have from before and the ones from today total different.

Almost $30 for 6 cookies when tax was added. At that price the expectations are set very high. Unfortunately they fell short of the mark. The cookies were extremely sweet. Of course you expect a cookie to be sweet but it was overwhelming. When you are dealing with sweet flavours to begin with they don’t need added over the top sweetness. It also seems as though they use the same base batter for each cookie flavour. The best that we tried was the Reese’s cookie, the worst was birthday cake. Overall a bit disappointing.

Wow. These cookies are phenomenal. I had the Reese’s and Hershey’s and both were fantastic. Has to be one of the top places in Canada (definitely better than Craig’s and Crumble).

Found this place from Instagram, it’s alright I guess. We ordered 4 cookies, a 6-piece Nutella bites, and 2 milkshakes. The cookies are too sweet and the milkshakes come frozen (so you have to wait for them to melt, you can’t enjoy them immediately). Cute little storefront and nice ambience inside. Not really worth all the hype, but nice nonetheless
