I don’t typically post a review but this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Very slow, unorganized, handing out partial orders. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told “that’s the owner” as a mouthy employee pointed to him. As I explained why I was upset to the owner (who just “forgot” to get my coffee after taking my money) the other employee just kept running his mouth. We’ve been to a lot of Tom Hortons and even though the coffee is good here, I will never return to this TIm Hortons!

How about updating your hours and staying open past 5:00. I am a daily customer and can’t even get a coffee on my way to work because you close at 5:00 and half the time you’re closed before that because your employees aka your kids close whenever they choose.

Slow service and overall an unwelcoming experience. I went inside to order, boxes stacked up in the lobby, printed paper signs taped all over, including one at the trash can indicating to be respectful and not throw away other garbage in their trash, just seems petty. Cracked glass partition between the kitchen and waiting area. Christmas decor still up at the end of April. The lobby looks like no one cleans it or tidied up. Several people working but very long drive thru line and they all seem to be working independently; got my donuts but waited a long time for the wrap. I asked for some napkins for my donuts and they pointed to the dispenser that dispenses one at at time. Taking a wad of napkins to a meeting isn’t very appealing. Someone could have easily grabbed a stack for me especially when ordering a dozen. I need about 4 dozen donuts for an upcoming event, I’ll probably go down the street to their competitor.

My third time at any Tim Hortons …this one is by far the worst. The eggs on our sandwiches had egg shell all through it not one or two bites, but every single bite. It took them 30+ min to give me my food after a few employees argued about who’s job it was. I’ll never return here.

Extremely slow, once I got my food they messed up my order. It already took so long I didn’t even ask to change it, also smells bad inside. DO NOT go in the drive through it’s even longer, like I have places to be!!

Below average service…. When I went thru the drive thru I ordered 2 plain bagels toasted buttered and with extra cream cheese…. Well I got what I paid for…. Apparently I deserved lots extra… Then my cold butter in between the cream cheese! It was gross…. What kind of person puts butter after the cream cheese is on it? And the whole time I’m waiting on my order… The cashier was snickering…. So I’m sure it was done intentionally.

We stopped in for the second time this weekend and placed our order. And the staff could not fill simple orders completely. Not all of which we ordered was given to us. And not even ordered by the staff as we requested. Then basic condiments such as straws could not be placed with what we did order. Please get better at this it is basic service 101.
