This location is in desperate need of new management.
It’s clear the service here has gone downhill, and at this point, it’s a leadership issue. My recent experience was a mess from start to finish: I paid for an extra patty on my breakfast sandwich that I didn’t get, and the Timbits I received were the wrong flavor and completely smooshed.
When basic order accuracy and food presentation are this poor, it shows a total lack of oversight. I’ve given this location enough chances, but I won’t be returning.

Anytime I have gone to this location there’s always an issue this location charges you $1 extra or one and a half dollar extra for water Go down the road at the Tim Hortons by Walmart they don’t charge for water at all I’m surprised corporate is letting them charge for water who charges for water. I’m just not going to go here anymore I’ll go down the road and pay them their services better

I ordered a medium dark roast coffee, and it literally tasted like just hot water — no coffee flavor at all. I went back and told them about it. They said they ‘fixed it’ and poured me another cup from the same pot. It tasted exactly the same. They basically gave me the same coffee and just told me it was different. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

worst Tim Hortons around got Tim bits with no icing on them, medium caramel iced cap with no caramel, even though I asked for extra caramel and got Bacon croissant sandwich with no cheese and it comes with cheese. What’s the point of asking for things if you don’t get it go a different Tim Hortons or Starbucks you’ll actually get edible food

Absolutely horrible service at this location. Also my drinks tasted water down with a nasty chemical taste. Lady taking orders at the window needs an attitude adjustment and if she was my employee she would not have a job.

I was just in this location. I wanted an iced cap. There were 2 employees working & neither acknowledged me. 1 was taking orders for the drive thru & the other was giving the orders to the customers in the drive thru. I think a customer in person should take presidence over drive thru customers & it wasn’t even that busy. I left & im going to Starbucks like I always do. I will never step foot back in that tim hortons

I have only been to this location a few times in the morning to get donuts for my grandchildren. When I walked inside earlier this week, I was greeted by a tall man with a huge smile. This worker looked like a high schooler, but acted more like a mature adult. He helped me choose the best donuts and made my coffee to perfection. A gem of a worker! I also got to watch the other employees working the drive through. They have such a good system going on, getting cars in and out as fast as possible, while being friendly to everyone. My grandchildren loved their donuts and I loved my coffee. Great experience!

Extremely rude person…with multi colored hair..bit my head off…this location is awful..hire more friendly people…sure it gets busy…but you have to be able to handle it.. without losing your cool .this young woman obviously bis in wrong business….it’s coffee and donuts…
