Stick to the drive-thru. 18° outside at 10am, 44° inside with a fake fireplace that is as warm as an LED television. I tried to enjoy my coffee and do some laptop work but quickly realized the lounge seats have no padding with cavernous indents. Sitting outside in the sun may have been a better option.

I felt the coffee flavor could have been a bit stronger to balance out the sweetness. It leaned more toward a milkshake than a coffee drink, so it might not be the best choice if you’re looking for a bold coffee taste.
Overall, it’s a fun and tasty treat that I’d happily get again, though it might not become my go-to coffee drink. Definitely worth a try if you enjoy coffee-inspired desserts!

Bought a bagel with cream cheese for my daughter around 6:15am. When my daughter bite the bread we noticed bagel was stale and mold was present on the cream cheese. DISGUSTING! Spoke with the Manager (foreign lady) who was arguing with me that the bagel was freshly made and it was not mold!!???? Seriously???? Both my daughter and I touched the bagel and it was hard … def not fresh at all. You ppl better step up or you’ll get in trouble. This is not the first time I hear complaints of stale bagels from ppl that buy from this location.

The staff here is very kind and always treats you like they are happy to have you as a customer. Yes, the line can be long. I think that is partly just due to the size and design of the parking lot. But, they do a great job of keeping the line moving!

This is the second time I get my coffee here and it is so bad, super cold, so watery, its like im drinking water with sugar, so please, whoever is manager or owner of this location, can you please tell these people to do their job right? The service and the coffee are extremely horrible, and you know how a bad coffee can ruin someone’s mood especially before work, what a horrible experience two days in a row

Today like between 9:45 AM to 10 5 AM I brought it one medium coffee and one cheese croissant from this location 15 Mile and Ryan when I ordered by the driveway I tell triple triple with medium coffee, but unfortunately I don’t know what is going on they not put it sugar at all Thing is very small mistake is very big because I don’t have time come back to get the sugar and who drink the coffee you understand what is the problem for that so please train your staff I am really mad with this thank you and have a nice day.

I went on Aug 14, 2025, at 10:15 pm they have the best service ever and the best coffe, we ordered a French vanila and icecap both was not watery as the other locations keep it up. And the donut was delicious!!!!!! Highly recommend ( this happens every single time)
