I received a Tim Hortons gift card a while ago and seeing that I was going to be in the area, decided to stop and see what they offered. As I entered the store, I was greeted with a “good morning” and went to the counter and was also greeted with a good morning and what can I get for you. After a few minutes I asked to have my gift card checked and then decided on a 4 cheese bagel toasted and from their specialty Cafe I ordered a small French Vanilla.
I sat down and enjoyed both which were very tasty .
On my next trip down this area will definitely stop in for another bagel and coffee ☕.

I came all the way from Chicago and stopped here! I just want to say something on the whole drive from Chicago, I’ve never seen a place like this with such speed, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. I came with my family and we were so tired, but you were absolutely wonderful. The food, drinks, and donuts were all amazing! Thank you for welcoming us so kindly as guests

I went through the drive through. After I ordered, the person said, “Pull up.” That’s it. When I pulled up, the person did not say a single word to me. They reached their hand out for my card and gave it back without a word. Then later gave me my food without looking or speaking to me. They just handed it out the window while talking to a coworker. The food wasn’t even put together properly (thrown together) and wasn’t warm. The whole experience was just bad. At some point we need to start caring about customer service again.

I go out of my way to come to this Tim Hortons because their coffee is absolutely the best! The manager and staff are amazing—they know me by voice before I even start ordering, and I just have to say, “Hi, honey,” and they greet me warmly. Every visit feels personal and welcoming. Their friendliness, care, and excellent service make this location truly stand out. Highly recommend if you want great coffee and a team that makes you feel like family!

This place is amazing! I’ve never seen a team like this one. Julie and Ghazi are so kind and friendly. I come here all the time. Even though I’m often in Oakland County and pass by many other stores, I always choose the Crooks location because they are fast and so nice. I never had to wait even a second for my order!

Love this Tim Hortons. I go here quite a bit due to it being right by the expressway and they are so quick. Can get in and out of the drive thru in no time even with a long line and they always get my order correct.

I was pleasantly surprised with the bagel sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, we also got it on a biscuit both were good and no complaints, drive thru was friendly.
I have had the croissant sandwich at other locations and very disappointed but these sandwiches were very good!!

I frequently order donuts from this Tim Hortons location for our early morning work meetings, and they never disappoint. The woman manager is always so professional, and helpful — she goes above and beyond every single time.
For my last order, I arrived a bit earlier than I should have (totally my fault), and I think she could tell I was a little stressed — work meetings can do that! Even though they were working with only one oven and clearly hustling behind the scenes, she made a point to bring the order out to my car within just a few minutes. That small gesture honestly made my morning.
The service here is always fast, friendly, and reliable. I’ve never had a single issue with an order. Huge thank you to the team (and especially the manager) for consistently going the extra mile. Highly recommend this location! (Dunham’s Sports)

Crooks is my family’s favorite location — not just mine! My parents come every day to have breakfast inside. I usually go through the drive-thru for a plain bagel with cream cheese, and my wife comes after me to grab her coffee . On weekends, my kids take me inside to get donuts! The inside is always clean and comfortable, with a nice atmosphere to sit and enjoy. This review is based on 7 people in my family with kids . They truly deserve more than 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
