I ordered from the app at 8:35am and after waiting 20 minutes at drive thru, I was told to pull aside for another 6 minutes to make the order. I obliged and the male staffs shunned me and shut the window rudely. I left and called in to request a refund. The manager called me back to apologize and issued me a refund.
The 5 star is for the two managers who followed up until I was refunded. I truly hope employees who handle food treat customers with respect, dignity and kindness.

I placed an order for a Latte and two small coffees double-double with 2 bagels this morning using app. At the window, I was told the Latte machine is broken. I asked for a refund for Lattee and I was told to reach out to corporate for a return … To which, I informed them the other Tim’s locations usually refund at the window. After a brief conversation, Lady refunded me all the money and cancelled my whole order. I have been a customer of this location for years and I can see how this location is falling from grace … With the attitude of the staff today, I am pretty certain that this location isn’t worth going to anymore.

Worst Tim hortons experience. Before I even ordered at the speaker I made sure to verify my drink was what it was before I ordered to be handed something other than what I was expecting at the speaker. Very big miscommunication with the staff and they would not accommodate. (No line behind me btw) I left and returned 3 times leaving upset every time, listening to the girls talk about me inside the store. I bought 2 drinks and they both were disgusting. I asked for a manager they told me to leave and call back. When I did I got hung up on 4 times before answering only to be told “they didn’t have a manager and didn’t know when they’d be back”. Will be calling my bank to have these charges removed. Dont go here. I’m 23 and have better things to be doing than leaving reviews over coffee. It was the principle and the way they spoke to me. This being my only review of anything should say enough.
