I come here at least once a week as it is on my way out of our subdivision. The latte machine is always “down,” at optimal times in the morning. They NEVER give the right food orders. At this point, the house has accepted that they won’t get the order right and it’s like a little game seeing what everyone ended up with.

Wish I could give negative stars. I really don’t like this location anymore, and the low ratings make total sense now. The older woman at the window is extremely rude every single time I’ve gone.
I usually get a six-pack of donuts and clearly say which ones I want, but somehow my order is almost always wrong. Today I specifically asked for two chocolate dipped donuts, and instead I was given only one plus a random donut I didn’t ask for.
I know they were busy, so I waited patiently, but no one came back to the window. I finally politely got the attention of another employee and explained that my order was messed up. I could hear the woman at the window loudly saying that she didn’t mess up my order, which felt really unprofessional. I calmly explained again that I asked for two chocolate dips and only received one.
The younger employee was kind and helped fix the issue, which I appreciated. Eventually, the correct donut was given to me, but the attitude throughout the interaction was unnecessary. On top of that, I wasn’t even told my total — I had to ask for it myself.
Customer service here has really gone downhill. If someone is unhappy at their job, it shouldn’t be taken out on customers who are being polite. Everyone has things going on, but that doesn’t excuse constant rudeness.
Also worth mentioning: the drinks are never filled properly. It feels like they’re shorting customers every time.
Definitely won’t be coming back. There are better options elsewhere.

You see, I’m really picky and I like my donuts fresh. The guy taking my order, Moh, man I’ll tell you. Is the definition of great customer service. I asked if he could get me a 6 pack of honey glazed, with one request, if he could make them fresh for me. I said I had no problem waiting, he quickly asked the baker and told me yeah he’ll do it. Just that it would be 10 mins which is exactly what I wanted. That means everything to me. And the way he works, as me being in the service industry too, he works to serve the customer all the way right. Real quick and treats all the customers the same, giving quality customer service. Hats off to this guy.

Recommend the one on Michigan Ave or go up to Ford Rd.
Their workers only mumble when they talk and you have to repeat your order 5 times.
Trash cans over flowing, restaraunt looks horrible. I’m afraid what the bathrooms look like.

I had to drop this down to one star after my wife found a giant hair in the bagel with cream cheese she ordered. Our hash browns tastes like blueberry muffins. That was the last time I’ll go to this location.
This is one of the slowest operations I’ve ever seen. I think more people left the drive-thru than got served. I would have, too, but I had already paid online. The employees wearing pajamas was a little weird.

Today, on November 14,2025, we waited for almost 10 minutes in drive way. It says it opens at 6a.m in morning. We waited there for 10 minutes till 6:10 and no one respond at drive thru…
We even drive through thrice while waiting to check if it’s open or not. It was open, there were two cars parked outside. But no was there to take an order.
What’s the point of opening time if you’re not going to take orders.

This is the dirtiest Tim hortons. I went inside to order donuts and the donuts were covered in fruit flies…they were everywhere…100’s of them and food grime smeared all over the ground and surface. The trash bins by the drive thru window are over flowing with dirty trash. 2 days in a row this same trash has been here…I know because the beer bottle is still in the same place 2 days later! One of the employees was wearing a sweater that was beyond dirty and tattered. Another had what looked like old blood underneath his finger nails and hands were full of grime. I can’t believe they are letting these people touch food? Someone is going to get sick here! Do not feed your children out of this establishment.
*Corporate follows up on these negative reviews and asks for you to reach out, but they are bad addresses. They really don’t care. Just do not feed little children, older folks or people who have weakened immune systems food from here because no one cares apparently.

If I could give 0 I would. I rarely walk out of here happy! Its next door to my job and it s easier to grab something but from today never again. My order is simple classic bagel with cream cheese and egg! Tell me why every time there is no egg on it and I PAY for it? Couple times I double checked it, and I went inside and they fixed it after cussing me out between the coworkers and I thought they learned their lesson, every time I order I tell them make sure the egg is not missing “yes no problem will do” is their response but guess what? Its never there!!!!!!
I just opened my bagel 20/25 mins after getting it because I had patients just to find no egg and after I specifically stated please don’t forget the egg.
If you go approach them they are the most arrogant people and will cuss you out with their coworker. There’s only 2 nice girls in there a blonde one and one brunette don’t know their names.
Try Avoiding this location as much as you can!!!!
