I occasionally come here for a Too Good To Go order which is always at a great price (about $5) for the amount of food they give you (This can vary between a dozen of doughnuts, a dozen muffins, a dozen bagels, tim bits or a mix of two different things Ex- half dozen of doughnuts and a half dozen muffins)

I’m a rideshare driver so I can be anywhere at any given time and normally I like to stop at Tim Hortons for lunch. This is the best run, cleanest, most friendly Tim Hortons I’ve encountered in quite a while.
Croissant BLT is delicious and very carefully made so it doesn’t fall apart completely like at other Tim Hortons.
Also, of all the Tim Hortons I’ve been to in the last month. This is the first one to put napkins in with my sandwich. Thank you!

Staff was never the same when I went here. This location has went downhill in the last 5 years. Terrible and slow service. Rude staff, lukewarm beverages, stale baked “goods”. The old female manager is also rude. I regretfully gave this location a few chances hoping things would get better. 7-Eleven at Van Born and Monroe, Tim Hortons, or McDonald’s on Ecorse is a way better option!

As a 31 year old who had been going to Tim Hortons since I was 16, I was absolutely appalled today when I asked for an empty cup and the lady at the window a told me it would be an extra 0.50 cents. She was about 4’10 idk if she was the manager or what but I asked her when did they start charging this she said we have always charged this and I was in complete shock. She was rude about it and I just can’t believe it. I hope the manager or owner speaks to her and if that’s something that was implemented by management then that is insane!

They never make the sandwiches the correct way. I ordered a BELT and it didn’t have cheese on it and they added mayo!
They will also quite often give you the wrong change and short your money.

Joshua is an honest person, gave him 50$ to much didn’t realize it, was folded in with the 1$ probably wouldn’t have noticed till later in the day, he was honest and gave it back, he needs a raise ASAP a lot of people would have kept it in today world,
