The man doing food was nice and friendly. But the staff at register was not so much with me. They had time to stop and look at photos of the person in front of me and talk things up with her. But being in a hurry I was hoping to get in and out. After spending a few minutes with other person cashier was gone. Then another lady came to talk to other customer then finally take my order. Then the first one came back….. Ok that’s fine but to top it off my drink tasted sour I don’t know if bad cream or milk or whatever I sent $8 on a drink that I couldn’t drink. I was working at time so couldn’t go back in. Wish I would have tasted before I pulled off it did look nice but was not the peppermint mocha I order from many other Tim Hortons.

This place is actually the worst I’ve ever been to. It’s right by my house so I’ve gone several times out of convenience but this was the last time for sure. I don’t know why they insist on not heating up breakfast sandwiches every time and just chucking it together. Also don’t know what kind of syrup they use for vanilla iced caps? They taste like pure burnt syrup and have an odd color to them. The employees are rude and yell over the drive thru speaker. Not sure how you can mess up fast food so bad but somehow they manage:)

I don’t normally leave bad reviews.. but it comes to a point where I am spending my money on something going straight to the trash. I work at the hospital and it was convenient for me to grab and coffee and a croissant on my way to work this morning to only end up throwing my coffee straight in the trash and getting my croissant refunded. I asked for a caramel macchiato (which was soooo sweet I couldn’t even drink) and a plain croissant double toasted. They gave me a soggy croissant with cream cheese which I politely said that’s not what I ordered. They take it back and two seconds later they gave me a semi warmed up croissant not even cut and then again that’s not what I ordered. They take it to the back and butcher it and at that point I asked for a refund because god knows what they did to it . I know it’s only a coffee and a croissant but isn’t this the whole point of Tim Hortons? I am not asking for too much and my order was nice and simple but for some reason it was very difficult to make. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location ever

I work close by this location and have managed to come here almost every work day for the past 10+ years. The staff is nice. Recently, there has been a lady named Zainab at the drive thru window, she is so kind and always smiling. Most of my interactions are in the morning and they usually have low wait times.

Very unexpected level of service at this location. I’ve known it for years and it was always good. Today, I placed a mobile order and the staff member at the microphone was very annoying. First, he kept his headset on, which made us hear all his conversations with other staff. Then, when I asked for water, he said it was chargeable, which I was never aware of. Please keep your level of service as it used to be. Thanks

I am typically at Tim’s around 6:45-7:00am. The service is timely and efficient. The dining room is always clean and well lit. The coffee is hot and fresh. The staff members are always friendly and hospitable! Thank you for being consistently on point!

My husband and I went here to just grab a few donuts for the road and my husband had to use the restroom and it needed a key all the employees were too busy gossipping to each other to notice us we waited 15 minutes for them to stop talk which they didn’t. I said excuse me multiple times still no answer to which my husband and I stormed out. Needless to say we will not be returning here.

This is by far the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Tastes like water and like its burnt at the same time. They also told me they don’t have the pumpkin spice latte or Carmel apple lattes anymore even though its listed on Tim Hortons site. I’d like to say this is my first time with a problem here, but its not. It has happened 5 times. Why do I go back? Its the only place on my way. I think after this last time i will just not have coffee for the day. Its just so disgusting here :/ Want my money back. Nobody answered the phone for over an hour. Every other tim hortons answered and guess what? Had pumpkin lattes and Carmel. Now I also feel sick from that latte, but can’t even speak to someone. They should be shut down. Bet they don’t clean their machines at all. I will say most of the employees are nice. I honestly think the management is the problem here.
