I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons, and the employees truly make the difference. The staff is fast, friendly, and always welcoming.

I want to give a special shout-out to Drake — he consistently goes above and beyond. He’s respectful, quick, and always greets customers with a great attitude. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it makes every visit better.

I just now went thru the drive thru becauseu Tim Hortons is closed ! We were polite and asked for more cream in my icecapp! I was told they couldn’t so I just asked for my money back because i was just done with i. Someone walked over amd asked if I wanted more cream and I said no I’m sorry if your coworker wasn’t rude then yeah but nowI just want my money back please ! The coworker and other girl continued to talk about us like we didn’t hear them. On top of that they gave me less change than I paid, I usually dont care but I’m a waitress and I feel bad they have to work on a holiday but so do I .

Love Tim Hortons but this specific location was highly disappointing. Employees had a scowl on their face and seemed inconvenienced. Tried to overlook first impression but then then place we wanted to sit was dirty so we kindly asked to get it cleaned. Employee was rude and said just sit somewhere else. My wife kindly asked for a cleaning cloth and the employee said we don’t do that and will get to it when she had time but right now they were receiving a truck. We will never return to this location and would recommend everyone avoid it as well.

We come to this location nearly every day, sometimes twice a day The crew is wonderful! Many times, they have my order ready when I’m walking in the door. It’s become an important part of the morning routine for my elementary school daughter and we love having a friendly morning family to hang out with!

Came here yesterday to be presented by amazing customer service, I ordered a large french vanilla, a vanilla dip donut, and a turkey bacon club. the guy with the long hair and hat was very pleasant to deal with. he has amazing customer service skills. I would definitely come back to this tim hortons for his service.

I’m a coffee and chocolate lover, and wherever I go, I always buy them at any store I find along the way. Today, I was at this place around 8 pm, and I will never go back. I had a bad experience there before, but I thought that maybe two years later, the service or the people would be different. THEY AREN’T! DO NOT COME HERE if you’re looking for a peaceful coffee experience. I went to the drive-thru speaker and asked the girl for two hot chocolates. She had to confirm my order twice. I asked for half a dozen chocolate donuts; she said they only had two left, so I asked for honey crullers. She said they only had three, so I told her I’d take any others to complete the half-dozen. She simply didn’t understand what I was saying, so I thought maybe something was wrong with her headset. I drove up to the window, and another girl, wearing a Grinch sweater, came out with a very rude attitude. She yelled at me that “I was ordering things they didn’t have, and they simply didn’t take orders at the window,” and immediately slammed the window shut. It’s late, I know, but if you don’t like your job, you need to find another one. I’m an expert in customer service; that’s what I do, and this girl’s attitude is absolutely unacceptable for any business or any other place. Offer her a course in politeness and anger management because I never spoke disrespectfully to offend or attack her. On the contrary, I went to the window to try to resolve the problem, but I think her little brain didn’t understand anything. Isn’t she paid enough? Well, that’s not my problem.

I usually have good experiences from Tim Horton and I don’t want anything to ruin going to Tims but today I had the worst experience with this location for the first time . The person who was taking my order on drive thru didn’t even want to be working there . And he missed my muffin that I ordered . last year this used to be my support everyone was really nice and they made good coffee. Well within the year they hired new people that didn’t wanna work there and did not do their job correctly. I was very upset every time I was spent five dollars for a coffee and it would not be good at all well recently. I’ve went there a couple times and there’s always this guy with braces working the drive-through and I just wanna complement him. He seems like he really enjoys what he does and he seems like he likes talking to people. I came in there today at 10 o’clock and he was the most friendliest person I’ve ever met and he truly made my day and I hope the manager sees this because you did great with hiring him. You really did and I hope you keep him on because without him I wouldn’t be coming there and of course I appreciate the people who actually makes my coffee also because it is 10 times better now thank you guys so much and I hope he gets the recognition that he deserves and I hope He makes it in life..

Strange customer service, I wouldn’t say rude, just awkward.

The young lady taking my order seemed very new, she didn’t even know what time breakfast ended. But she took initiative and asked the other crew mates. Food was decent, my wrap had WAY too much bacon but I wouldn’t complain about that personally.

I had a horrible experience with the manager at this location, by far the worst, most unprofessional interaction I’ve had at a Tim Hortons, let alone from someone in a management position. I feel for the employees working under her as her behavior and attitude did not reflect that of someone that should be in a leadership position. Would rather drive the extra 5+ mins to visit the other locations in the area.
