This is one of my top three favorite Tim’s locations. The ladies who work drive through in the morning are great and always make sure my order is right and they’re friendly. The guy working today 12pm, was really friendly and pleasant, seemed like he really likes his job. That’s rare in fast food these days.

I’ve always been intrigued to go to Tim Hortons after seeing people on YouTube do reviews of their food. So naturally when I saw there was one in the area where I was visiting, I wanted to stop by!
Honestly, I was a bit disappointed. Maybe it was just this specific location but it felt like a Dunkin Donuts. In videos they make it seem like it’s a big bakery that has a large selection of bakery and breakfast items. This location did not offer any of that. It just felt like a regular donut shop.
I just got some of their TimBits since we were there. Just so the drive wasn’t a waste. Honestly it just tasted like donut holes you can get anywhere. Probably wouldn’t go to a Tim Hortons again. It’s nothing special like I had expected.
Customer service was good though! But there’s plenty of better donut shops I can think of.

Paid over $5 for this sandwich, one side over toasted, could not find the cheese and they couldn’t cut it in half?!? Really got the money throw on at least one more piece of cheese!

I had never been to this Tim Hortons before, but I had a great experience. The staff was kind. Ryan and Marselles were very helpful when helping me with my order. Everything tasted great and made to my specifications. The store was clean and the environment was comfortable. We’ll definitely be back.

This is my go to timmys… yall are open until 10 pm… business or not… why are you closing the doors early? TWO VEHICLES sat in the driver thru for 5 minutes waiting while your employees just sat inside and watched us do it… instead of hopping on the speaker and saying they were closed… THREE employees were inside not a single one could say something and when I drove by the window they wanna give me a dirty look… ive been in the service industry 10 years… get it together….

I thought I had the worst service on 10 and Gratiot, but this one has taken the cake. I had a small dog with me. I was told to leave them outside to which I did. I tried to call online to make an order to which they said no so then I came inside left my dog outside to which the manager was sitting there being like you have your dog in your bag don’t you mind you? This is at least a 15 pound dog that cannot fit in a small purse, but if you looked right to your left, you would see outside. She started cussing at me telling me I was never allowed at her store again all because she Of her, just blatantly assuming that I didn’t listen to her rules before, but if she used her eyes, she would’ve seen the dog outside and that there was no reason for her to be such a rude, rude manager. I will never ever come back again let alone you guys have put maggots in your espresso and still served it out to your customers.

Richmond Tim Hortons has improved over the last year. Customer service has greatly improved. Friendly and helpful. The owner really cares about customers so don’t be hesitant to call or write to her if you have a good or bad experience.

Apparently you pay almost $4 per bagel to have it toasted and cream cheese to get this.. very disappointed & won’t be returning. I work hard for my money and if I choose to spend it somewhere I expect to get what I pay for.

I placed my order then repeated it twice- double double iced decaf. Server said it’s not available so I made it regular iced double double and it came without sugar. The staff sport pink hair, multiple facial piercings, move and speak slowly probably because they’re all high. Avoid.
