Social Profile:

All you can eat Basque and Catalonian pintxos recreated here in Las Vegas. We love Spanish food from all regions! The two that stood out the most are those from the Basque country and Catalonia. Both regions are rich in history, arts, and natural resources which has inspired many from all creative aspects. For us, it was the amazing food and liberated dining experience that we find ourselves returning to repeatedly. A Different Beast wants to share that experience with you because when it comes to food, sharing is caring. We invite you to forget about the past and the future and come have a glass of sangria and pick between a variety of pintxos and VIVIR EL MOMENTO!

It was a unique fine-dining style buffet, enjoyed it. Very unique for a buffet, super fast service. The items limited to one time were delicious. The rest was more basic ingredient and there was a lot of bread to eat, but enjoyed a lot. Each dish impressively turned into something that shows craftsmanship, and great service. I do wish they give more options or 1 special item options in future. Overall it was a journey and more about the fine craft than rare ingredients. The highlights were the limited ribeye. Also regular menu Gamba(shrimp with tomato), filet mignon mini bites, egg Jamon, and the dessert cake was so soft and creamy!

70$ with tip for premium menu Thought was ok value worth trying out, be ready for a lot of bread

This incredible gem has exceeded my expectations beyond belief and trust, they were already high after reviewing their reviews. It was a birthday celebration for my husband and he was also blown away by the extra service and attention to make the day special for him. The food…10/10 for this foodie. If I could rate it higher, I would. The service and ambiance was completely out of this world. Loud enough that you could still hear each other and have meaningful conversations but not too quiet that it’s awkward so safe to say the perfect blend that we were looking for! RUN! Don’t walk and if you’re on the fence, hesitate no more. You will NOT be disappointed. Will definitely return the next time we are back in town and just a tip, make reservations so that you’re not disappointed, this place fills up!

We had a reservation on a weekday day but really not necessary as there were only a few tables. Picked the suave option for the ayce and also the drink package. Good presentation and flavors varied from good to excellent. We basically had almost every item on the list. Most were bite size except for the larger tapas. They were served 2 to 3 at a time, well timed as we finished each serving. I had 2 oz pours and sampled all their wines of 1 sparkling rose, 4 whites and 3 reds. All good. They also had sangria and beer. One of our best meals in Vegas. Very reasonable pricing for this type of meal. The only item we did not like was the cheese cake.

A Different Beast in Las Vegas is a culinary gem that masterfully blends Spanish pintxos with a clever dim-sum-style service. Our server was exceptionally friendly and smart, offering expert wine pairings and deep knowledge of the Basque-inspired menu. The restaurant is also fully handicap accessible, featuring a ground-floor entrance and a spacious, easy-to-navigate layout

We want to try something different, this place will give that. First time trying Spainish tapas. There’s three different tier prices and AYCE. Some of the orders were amazing and some were not. And everything comes with a baguette with made it very difficult to get through the menu we made it 21 out of 23 on the menu and that was the top tier. Also they offer all you can drink wine for a price.

Had a very memorable experience with their all you can eat gauntlet of tiny bites (pintxos!). The staff were kind and attentive. You’ll want to work through the whole menu, you probably won’t make it, but you’ll have a great time with your family and friends while attempting it. There are definitely gonna be some favorites and maybe some less so, as the wide range of pintxos are so diverse in what flavors they bring, that it is ok to not adore everything, but at least you get to try everything (and get some repeats of your favs!).

The ambience was thoughtfully orchestrated, the staff reflect the culture of a Basque village in their welcoming and attentive demeanor, and the food…well, that’s truly an experience…take a bite, close your eyes, and be transported to Spain. Rich, savory, full of umami, and bursting with flavor…you will want more of everything, but be so excited about the next plate hitting the table. Just make sure you save room for Basque cheesecake. We have not ordered dessert at a restaurant in about 10 years, but wanted to try this and were so glad we made the exception. It was a delightful ending to one of the best meals we’ve enjoyed in Las Vegas!

We came for an all you can eat special night and we tried everything they had on the special menu. The flavors were on point, even the things I hesitated to put in my mouth (liver, pate and octopus were on the menu). My favorite dishes for the night were the egg dish, the watermelon lollipops and the sliced pork. All served in one and two bite portions for this all you can eat menu. The price was a little on the high end but it was worth every penny. The quality of ingredients, care in preparation and the atmosphere and service made it all worth it.

This place is absolutely delicious and the staff are very warm and friendly. We had the tasting menu which was a good amount of food that gave us a wide variety of innovative dishes as well as classics.

The pintxos, sangria, desserts were all outstanding. They even do whole basque cheesecake orders if you ever need one for a special occasion. It was so soft, silky, and fluffy.

The pintxos rotate fairly often and the tasting menu generally rotates along with ingredient availability and the seasons. I’m definitely going to have to come back!

This beast is the best! I found this place while reading an article about places and desserts and this place came up with the basque cheesecake in Las Vegas. I saw that the restaurant was having a Pintxos Fiesta on Aug. 21 which was yesterday for $45 per person so I asked my husband to make reservations for us and another couple of friends. We really enjoyed the pintxos as we were able to taste and experience a wide variety of food in small packages. We felt like we were transported to Basque enjoying pintxos and sangria. Everything was very good from taste, texture and presentation of the food! I never had foie gras this good before as this one was perfectly cooked and melt in your mouth. The basque cheesecake was creamy, delicate and just simply delicious! I could just go on and on and say the same positive notes to all the little treats. We were all full and very satisfied and couldn’t wait for the next pintxos Fiesta. Kudos to the chef for an amazing spread and for the staff for a great service!
