Very surprised as I come through the drive through all the time and it’s always a great experience. I ordered with DoorDash today and someone seemed to have tampered with my food. Whatever this black thing is, it’s not edible. Shame on you.

This is possibly one of the worst Tim hortons I’ve been to. The service is always bad and some of the staff don’t wear gloves when serving your food or drink. The atmosphere is always dirty and everything is stained. I got served burnt coffee with rotted smelling creamer in it. When I got to work and took my first sip, I almost wanted to throw up. Staying away from this place for good. Highly advise everyone else to as well.

Every single time I come to this location, my coffee tastes different and I order it the same way every time. Also, in between cars they put a dustpan out in front of cars and drag it across the ground. My car has almost been hit with it so many times and I have to slam on brakes to avoid being hit with it. I asked about it and was told it’s because a sensor isn’t working, this has been going on for over a year so that’s a lie! The cameras at the drive thru are turned away from the drive thru and pointing south so it seems like that’s a cover up for something. I’m sure the dustpan is a cover up for the slow service they provide here.

Coffee was horrible. Food was nonexistent. The machines are disgusting. The place is under the construction and it’s covered in dust. It should not be serving coffee, or anything for that matter. It wasn’t just the dust. Everything was filthy before the dust. You could tell is hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Speaker is broken. I had to scream to be heard and repeat myself many times. Coffee was water down. Timbits had no sprinkles on them, They forgot my bagel. We had to go in and wait about 10 minutes to get a refund. There were no customers in there only two girls working.

I visited this Tim Hortons twice this week for an Iced Capp and they make them right! They made both of them flavorful, dark, and with the right consistency. They weren’t watery or two thick. I’ll visit this location again for cold drinks!

The people working here hate their job. Serving up burnt sandwiches and stale donuts without so much as a smile. I took a bite of each then threw it in the trash. Pro tip for corporate… Making people wait in line and charging them money for garbage with an attitude isn’t a good business model. Find somewhere else to eat, I won’t be back.
