The two women working are so rude. From the moment we walked in they made us feel unwelcomed. I watched as they were rude to the customers before me, rude to the people coming through drive through before being rude to me. They slam things around, act annoyed that you’re there and hand over your items with such attitude it actually made the guy behind me laugh and ask what I did to her. On top of it all, they are out of most things, the bakery cases are a mess and the back counters are a mess. Would never come back to this location.

This is one of the worst Tim Hortons locations I’ve ever been to. Staff is consistently rude & unprofessional. There’s a greater chance they will over charge you and get your order incorrect vs actually charging & providing you with what you ordered. Staff never says please or thank you. Dirty looks galore. Go elsewhere for a quality Tim Hortons experience.

I don’t know why you even have a menu! Every single time I come in (early afternoon) you are out of chili! All the workers say, “ya, it’s always gone before I get here” So plan better, and make more throughout the day! It’s on your menu, so how about having it available for longer than breakfast!

Wow, I thought it was just me but after reading the reviews I feel the same! The morning crew is not the best. They are cranky and lousy. They might need a caffeine shot more than the customers. Their rude behavior will soon reflect on the sales and lack of customer visits if this appalling service continues! Atleast get the customer orders right to start off!

I used to frequent this location to get myself and family coffee, and I’m not even joking the girls in the morning are is incredibly rude. They don’t care and always get the order wrong no matter how simple. It is incredible that they’re allowed to just keep working there with the attitudes they have. If they don’t want to work they should stay quit. If I could give this locations a 0 I would.

The service is excellent. I visit most days and I usually get coffee with a donut or two. I no longer order donuts because the person responsible for putting glaze on the donuts does a TERRIBLE job.

Overall not a great experience at this Time Hortons. It is not a very clean Tim Hortons and general wait times are slightly longer than they should be. I ordered a bagel and they had 1 blueberry one left butesses up cutting it so they asked if a plain would be ok. Ended up giving me both the miscut bagel and a plain one but they were very dry and not good.

Well I thought I was the only one experiencing the mean girls every morning. Until I read these reviews and I see the owner reply to some messages, but no action is ever taken. Because the same rude girls are there. I no longer frequent this location daily as I have other “friendlier” Tim Hortons franchises I visit. Seems to me that if enough people are saying it (rude customer service) there has to be truth to it.

The lady that does drive thru in the morning (weekdays) isn’t friendly, and seems to have issues when we ask for certain things…bigger bag (she’d rather give us a bunch small bags instead of 1 large bag) wrap the chocolate covered donut in wax or put it in a box so the chocolate doesn’t get all over the bag. Bag each hash brown separately…just common courtesy items.
It had gotten to a point where we would drive out of our way to go to a different Tim’s. We decided to try this one again; the weekend staff is much better than the weekday staff. But I won’t be making this Tims my regular Tims again!
