I have loved the Hoagies a longtime and today in order delivery and very disappointed as not the same at all!! If they changed the hoagie bread I won’t be ordering Hosgies anymore! This hoagie bread was dry, bottom portion hard and not toasted at all like the other one toasted!
I called and they said they will tell the owner as they are using new bread and not sure if will continue or not! Type of bread make me a decision as well!! That’s why I don’t want Jersey Mike: or somewhere else!

Regular! Nothing special or different that any industrial pizzeria does not have. The place was somewhat depressing and very dirty, no wonder there was no one eating on the place but only takeaway orders. I will give it another chance but this time in some other of its restaurants that is more attractive

Outstanding Pizza!! I’ve recently rediscovered Carbone’s Pizza. I was ordering from a place that made fake pizza’s. Then my buddy showed up with a Carbone’s Pizza. I was hooked!! Great toppings, Real cheese, Great crust, (Crispy) Great sauce. Carbone’s puts sauce on their pizza. Unlike that fake pizza place. I can’t say enough good things about Carbone’s Pizza and I know pizza, My dad owned Beek’s Pizza. But, this is about Carbone’s Pizza. Outstanding Pizza!!

FIRST time ordering carbone’s in Bloomington!!! My daughter and I got the cheese burger hand tossed and my husband got a thin crust no cheese and some toppings. My husband’s pizza was good. However mine and daughters was absolutely NOT!! Look at this!!
Raw dough and raw HAMBURGER! both my daughter and I took bites out of it!!
My husband called to tell carbone’s that our pizza was not fully cooked. He called 3 times. The first two times the phone rang and then disconnected. The 3rd time someone answered and my husband talked to the guy and he said he would send another one. My husband said ok, do you want….. then click the call disconnect. Either the guy hung up on my husband or the guy thought the conversation was over. Either way there was no apology or any concerned for the super uncooked Pizza!
Side note… they just dropped off a new one and we showed the guy the uncooked meat and dough. His response was well some time they get busy and pulling it early!
Not even a sorry or anything!!!

Super chill. No complaints. Definitely will be returning! Fast service, no small talk, just good pizza and then go home. Only thing is it’s kind of a weird location (hiding behind cedar liquors and next to a laundromat). Highly recommend especially if you’d rather not deal with forced small talk or waiting for your pizza forever. They have online ordering now too.

and I saw a big mouse walk across the floor in the kitchen ,
and I told the order-taker and he didn’t even seem to be bothered by that
The pictures look better than what was actually there,
it was a flat Pizza.
I probably should have taken a table view shot.

Owner seems nice. Staff is friendly, well maybe a little goofy. Food is good. I generally like the place, but…
I’m always charged more than the total. I’m not talking about the credit card surcharge, as that’s listed on the total. The amount varies and generally not a lot, but it’s always more. If I’m picking up, I mention it and they immediately remove the extra. If delivery, not so easy. I mentioned it to a driver once and suggested she bring it to the owner so she could get that extra money as her tip. I don’t know if she took me up on my advice.
Please fix whatever is wrong with your system. When what you charge doesn’t match the total I’m presented with, it’s a huge turnoff.

First off let me say we have gone to this location for 20+ years and have never had a problem until last night.
My husband placed an order last night and everything was fine until the driver said our cc didn’t go thru, husband told him he would call in the morning to clear it up. This is the second time the website did this. This am husband woke up to many harassing phone calls from driver telling him he needs to call and give them out cc info. This guy called numerous times telling my husband “If you don’t answer I’m going to call back 10 times until you do”. My husband turns off his phone at night until he gets up in the am like many others do. So my husband calls the store around 1115a and whoever he spoke to started yelling at my husband telling him he should have picked up his phone. He backed the rude driver. I don’t know if he’s the owner but this is the absolute worst customer service we have received from anyone. He was just as rude as the driver, is this the way to conduct business now?? No, when my husband asked to talk to the manager he hung up on my husband. We will never go there again and I would not recommend anyone else to go as well. Hope you heed my warning. Have a nice day.
