They took my order and then left me sitting at the drive-through window for over five minutes and then when I asked, was it because they were making fresh donuts, she looked at me astonished like what do you mean? I asked well because I’ve been sitting here for so long she said oh well there’s only three employees and we have a line out the door.. There was nobody in the restaurant. I literally was the only person in drive-through.. And then I get home to see these ugly donuts.

Ordered and paid, they gave us our drinks and told us to pull ahead to the front. 30 minutes later we went inside to see why it wasn’t brought out yet. They had forgotten about our order. It was a busy Saturday and looked like they were under staffed. It sure is tough to find hard working people, possibly current employees could use some training. Looks like a popular place and could bring in a lot of money if done well.

I go here every morning to get a cold brew and Sat morning I asked her to put more cold foam and she straight up said there’s enough in there. I told her I wanted to pay for more and she said there’s enough. So, that was pretty weird.

Had an excellent visit at Hortons today. I went in for a quick breakfast and left with that and a warm happy feeling as well.
The card machine is broken on drive through, so I had to go in. The girl behind the counter was so full of energy and happiness that it was contagious. I didn’t catch her name, bit I’ll be back soon to figure it out!

We love the breakfast wraps but 9 times out of 10 the eggs aren’t done and we were having to wait 10-15min when there were no other customers just lack of eggs at breakfast time. The people who work there at the drive thru particularly have no customer service skills and are just plain rude. No wonder they never seem to have customers. We even called ahead of time to ask if they would have eggs ready, said they would and Upon arrival did not when we came from right across the street. We got breakfast almost daily here but we have had our last rude experience and will never eat here again. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Tim Hortons is always underrated! I wish there were more locations. My only complaint is that there are minor inconsistencies in the iced drinks from one visit to the next but in comparison to other fast food places, Tim Hortons is a top pick for me!

This was my first time visiting a Tim Horton’s. The staff were friendly, service & food were good with appropriate temperatures on food. However, it was freezing inside at 7:30 am which made it somewhat difficult to enjoy my time there. Drive-thru next time.

First time trying Tim Hortons! I had the “Creamy Coconut Cappachino (Frozen)” which is a limited time item. It had so much flavor and was made perfectly. I would order it again! Hoping to stop by again soon.
