I had a disappointing experience with my recent online order pickup. When I arrived at the drive-through, there were no other customers, I got to the window the employee named Dee asked me to pull up, which was no problem at all. However, I ended up waiting an additional 10+ minutes.
When Dee finally brought the order out, her attitude throughout the interaction was very negative. She acted as if bringing out the order was a bother, didn’t say a single word practically shoved the order at me, and walked away without any courtesy or acknowledgment.
Customer service makes a big difference, even during a quick pickup. Unfortunately, this interaction left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this. Simple positive attitude and basic communication would have completely changed the experience.

I had a very terrible experience, I ordered a a bacon everything croissant meal, with a hash browns and a Reese iced cappuccino, I went to the counter not once but twice, because they forgot my hash brown. After a good 7 minutes, they realized that they rung up the order wrong, the lady did ask me if I wanted the hash brown, but she willl have to charge me. I replied no , and she did apologize. I went back to my table to eat my sandwich, and this is what they served me. Absolutely disgusting, the cheese looked old . I wish I can add the picture. I was extremely upset, all my life , I have never seen cheese that looked like that on a sandwich. I guess there is a first time for everything

I love the Matcha options of both hot and cold. The Matcha beverages are reasonably priced as well.
I tried the 12 Grain Bagel with sausage, egg and cheese. DELICIOUS! The drive thru order taker was cheerful and a great listener while taking my order and answering my Matcha questions.

I can’t even rate the food because I went into this location due to cars being wrapped around the building . I was the only one inside, I waited almost 10 mins and never received my food. There were at least 6 cars from the drive thru that left before I had to just leave without my sandwich because I didn’t have anymore time to wait. Very frustrating to waste money when it was my main reason for going there.

1:55pm cones on the drive thru ordering speaker, went around it only to be greeted by a young lady dressed as a witch. Asked for a regular cup of coffee and she said we are out slammed the window shut during business hours. Gave my buisness and a tip to the baristas down the road @ Tim Hortons. Not sure about the buisness ethos of this place.

The bald bearded guy is mean…rude and slams things down. I will never come here again. Really a contrast to the store just down the street. I had to wait in the car while my husband waited for our order. He was also rude to the other employees. I do not frequent Tim Hortons as we are traveling and it’s my favorite treat. He sucks…. I’d give it zero Stars if I could.

This location never gets our order correct. We’ve been there at least a dozen times and are extremely unhappy. Cold coffee, burnt coffee, wrong sugar/cream amounts added. Prepare food incorrectly. Have to repeat myself over speaker several times every visit. It’s annoying. The location is convenient for us when heading to the highway but I’m now driving across town because the other store doesn’t goof up. We have excellent service in Sidney and great food fast. They even know us by name we frequent so much. Someone needs to fix this Troy location.

Really unfriendly staff. They was nobody in the store and the staff acted as if we were bothering them by ordering food. She didn’t say one word to us, just stood there until I told her our order, and then walked away. Super disappointing.
Then the staff members were complaining about everything and on their phones.
Just save yourself the trouble and go to the next closest location down the road, it’s a million times better.
