went to this Tim Hortons around midday on 3/23/2025. I’ve been to other Tim Horton’s before at various times so I’m gonna assume that these rules (I suppose & will tell you in a minute) apply to all Tim’s location. I originally went to a Tim’s to pick up a dash order….while there I saw their Chocolate Glazed Donuts so I brought TWO. They were soooo moist & delicious I was thinking about the donuts HOURS AFTER I had eaten them. So when I went to this location….the only thing I wanted to get was THOSE CHOCOLATE DONUTS! When I walked in I was greeted with one little ol Chocolate donut. I asked if this was all there was of that kind and if they were going to have/make anymore. That was all they had & wasn’t making anymore. Now I can only assume that they make a certain amount of each kinds of donuts and balls & once they sell out that’s it. THAT right there is unfortunate…..FOR THE CUSTOMER! This should apply to ALL the Tim’s locations….if they see that one flavor is way more popular than the others….then they should make more of that kind to LAST THROUGHOUT THE DAY! ♀️ ANYWAY, although disappointed…I still brought that ONE glazed Chocolate donut, a sour cream donut & a blueberry (I believe) donut. I bragged about the Chocolate donut so much to my daughter that I was going to buy TWO so we each could have one…THAT didn’t pan out so I gave her the Chocolate one (she thoroughly enjoyed!) and I had the other two. The glazes sour cream donut wasn’t anything to write home about BUT the blueberry donut was alright…..just alright. BRING ON MORE GLAZES CHOCOLATE DONUTS please!

Ugh. My first time here. Was excited about having a coffee and pastry place close by. But ended up being disappointed. Place was empty. There were 2 older couples dining in, no one in line. Took a few minutes to get service. Ordered coffee and breakfast. Took about 5 minutes to get our order. Everyone was in the drive thru. One lady was complaining about the customer, one was saying it was time for her to get off work. Overall it wasn’t a friendly or inviting environment. Maybe it was the lighting? Or perhaps the wages they were paying the crew? Idk. Either way, coffee was great, food was not. Sorry Canada.

Stopped in on a rainy day. I got a blueberry muffin and a hot caramel latte. Both were delicious. There were 2 girls at the counter that waited on us and they were very sweet and helpful! Very pleasant experience.

Every time we visit this location in the morning our English muffins on the sandwiches are never toasted, didn’t know that was something we had to ask for since it’s advertised as toasted, and the hash browns are never fresh, they are soaked in grease and slump over out of the package. In addition, every time we go through the drive thru and use a discount code from THEIR app, it never works. They say there is nothing they can do because the app is a third party. But yet you advertised it on your window….hmmm. If you want untoasted breakfast with unpleasant drive thru staff, this is your restaurant.

We visited on June 5, 2025 around 3pm and a younger lady with blonde hair served us coffee. Needless to say the coffee was terrible. We ordered cocoa crunch iced coffees which tasted like black old coffee and no flavor. We went in and asked for the to be fixed which we were told if she remade them she would get fired. If she added pumps of flavor she would be fired and if she refunded them she would get fired all while she was fighting and belittling with the other young man working. Once the coffee was refunded I told her she should look within herself because if she gets fired it will be for fighting with her co workers in front of customers and her bad attitude towards customers. She laughed and rolled her eyes. I do not recommend the location in Miamisburg, Ohio off of I75.

I went in on the 3rd of July at 12:00. The service from Savannah and Jason was amazing. They were both very calm and nice even thought they were busy. I got a turkey bacon club and it was super good I will be back.

Ordered a simple iced capp supreme. Had to remind staff to put whipped cream on it. I took one drink and something is not right. It tasted like heavy whipping cream with a slight hint of coffee flavor. Once I got back to work (10 minute drive) this is what it looked like.. it went into the trash.

We ordered dark roast coffee 2pm & it tasted like it sat on the burner all day. We’ve stopped at this location before & had a good experience, but this time not good.
