The Tim bits were fantastic! The coffee was meh. I didn’t drink it. I ordered the butter pecan iced coffee and my husband ordered a hot black coffee. I took a few sips of mine, but didn’t drink the rest. I prefer McDonald’s over this. The Tim bits however, are top notch. Way better than Dunkin or Krispy Kreme

Today I tried their new Strawberry Coconut Refresher drink and a strawberry cheesecake muffin. (They only had chocolate chip or the strawberry cheesecake to choose from.) I found the drink too sweet, not creamy. It tasted like strawberry syrup with a milky liquid, no coconut flavor. Their muffins are always good, in my opinion. The filling in this is a thinner consistency, and it does have a cream cheese flavor. I gave four stars instead of three because I really like Tim Hortons. Others have mentioned the dry/stale donuts…I agree, it’s hit or miss to get what I was originally wanting or something fresh, and they are frequently out of things. The service and atmosphere is always nice. I would choose Tim Hortons over Starbucks any day.

Fast friendly service through the drive-thru. Tim bit Donuts where a bit stale & coffee is hit or miss. Tea was refreshing & my croissant blt was hot & tasty! This Tims is my go to when I’m in a hurry to be on my way. Very efficient store.

Every single time I go to try this place, it ends up being awful. The past 3 times I’ve visited the latte machine is down (WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE MORE THAN ONE IF IT BREAKS EVERY WEEK?) and they recommend an iced coffee that is similar… It’s def just coffee and milk. Bitter and not even close to a Nutella latte. It’s gross, and I end up tossing it.
Just had my husband go through, and he ordered the Nutella latte AGAIN.. Where is the whipped cream? The toppings that the website specifically mentions? It’s disgusting. He was rushed. And our donuts aren’t correct either. The only thing that’s right is the bacon, egg & cheese English muffin.
I TRY this place, and I want SO bad to like it, but I’ll never go back again. This place is inconsistent and not worth it.

My daughter and I we’re wanting to try Tim Hortons on our vacation. She loves it because it is Canadian and her friend from there talks about it so much. We got the 2 for 5 biscuits and large frapp and shake. We would totally go again. The service was great and so were the food and drinks! Hope you enjoy too

Today, I had a strong craving for breakfast, so I decided to place an online order. I opted for their breakfast sandwiches and the new hazelnut latte, which was absolutely delicious. Upon arrival, I was informed that the honey crullers I ordered would take an additional 3 minutes, and the staff offered me an alternative. However, as honey crullers are my favorite and I rarely indulge in them, I opted to wait. After parking near the entrance, a young man promptly arrived with my order and mentioned that the drinks would be brought out shortly.
To my surprise, the same man I met at the window, later came out with an extra drink that I hadn’t ordered. He explained that it was a new drink set to debut the next day, and he wanted me to try it, before he even had the chance to. This thoughtful gesture, along with his kind demeanor, made me feel truly valued as a customer. Despite a minor error in my order, I was so touched by the exceptional service that it didn’t bother me at all. This experience highlighted two things: the impact of customer service on our enjoyment of food and the kindness that still exists in people. I believe the entire team, especially the young man who went above and beyond, deserves recognition for brightening my day. Thank you for your outstanding service and for making my breakfast with my children memorable
