The owners and staff are so welcoming and friendly, it’s like you were friends forever.
I went with the intentions of getting the scallops because I’ve had them before and they’re so delicious but it was the only thing on the menu that wasn’t available. So I was “forced” to have steak and lobster (lol) I had a fillet and it was cooked absolutely perfect and had so much flavor, the same with the lobster tail. My husband had the strip and my leftover filet . I started out with the lobster bisque and my husband had a French onion soup. Old school but undeniably delicious.
If you’ve never tried the meatballs there ( even if you think you make great meatballs and I do…you find out you really don’t.) definitely try them. You will not regret it.
From drinks to dessert the minute you walk out the door, you’re planning your next trip back . It’s an eight minute drive from Highland, but even when we lived in Beacon, it was our go to for a great meal. I have regrettably not been there in about two years, but not because of the restaurant…we can’t wait to go back.

From start to finish the experience was a culinary masterpiece. We wanted to treat ourselves in the hubbub of holiday stress, and End Cut did not disappoint! From the fresh ricotta and honey with warm crusty bread, to the wedge salad with fresh blue cheese and heavenly maple glazed bacon. For our entrees, Chef Jordan made for us the beef wellington that drew me in from their instagram post. It twas not on the evening menu, but he made it for us anyway; and it was absolutely amazing! The thoughtfully curated wine list included a delightful Brunello. We were too full for dessert, but I am sure they are decadent and delightful. Thank you so much for making a very rare date night opportunity one to remember. Happy Holiday to all at End Cut!

Had an absolutely amazing time . Top notch service. Piano music. Phenomenal cocktails. Everything we ordered was outstanding. Highly recommend for a special occasion or just to grab a really great steak. Reservation highly recommended!

This place is the epitome of both cozy and fancy at the same time. The food is always incredible and the service always excellent. This place is perfect for a date night, a family gathering, or if you’re just craving a quality steak. I always get the rack of lamb and whatever delicious special appetizer the chef has for the week.

The end cut was absolutely legit. Jordan (the owner) did a great job walking us through the specials, and Joey (the bartender/waiter) made solid, on-point selections for us.
We sat at the bar, and they were more than accommodating, even putting the basketball game on for us.
Overall, an excellent dining experience.

We love the atmosphere. When we went we sat at the bar and spoke with Cyerra while we listened to piano and sipped our cocktails with the fireplace going. The steaks and sides are to due for! My husband also loves the lamb special. Chef Jordyn make you feel right at home. Great place for a date night. It is pricey but great for a high end night out! Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed with the End Cut on New Year’s Eve. I have gone there many times and always looked forward to my favorite meal. I would tell people how great the Filet Mignon was.
They did away with the Fig sauce and mash potatoes are now extra and of course the price has gone up higher. Asked for well done and it was medium. Also had the coconut shrimp, which the shrimp was raw not cooked enough. They seated us 20 mins later then our reservation which was for 5 :30. Lag in time between servings, took some time to get coffee and desert, didn’t have any sweet an low available. And the best part was we were being pushed to leave and we just got our desert and coffee. 3 waiters came to table and started rudely grabbing stuff off table pushing into us! We’ll the owner told them to clear table. Couldn’t even wait for us to get up. Owner was rude when we 1st got there and again rude when we were leaving. We are not going back there and I will no longer speak highly of the End Cut!

End cut is amazing. Truly was a one of a kind experience, our server was so pleasant and helpful. The food was 10/10, my steak was a perfect rare and the crab cakes were delicious. The drinks were also great. The live music was fun. Def will be recommending to everyone.

We drove up two hours for headless Horseman and were trying to find a nice place to eat. After being rejected from other restaurants we found End Cut and Let’s try our luck here. When we walked in, we were asked if we had reservations we said no I thought wonderful we’re out of luck again. Until the owner himself Asked how many were in our party and then said That they will make room for us. They put us in a beautiful space and the staff working were so kind and welcoming. Two of my friends are pregnant and they were so both hungry and tired of being disappointed. So it was nice to see how Gracious everyone was at End Cut with them.
Now for the food let’s just say all you could hear from our table were sounds of enjoyment as well as how impressed we were with each dish. It was meant for us to end up at this Establishment and we couldn’t have been happier. We will be making this trip twice a year with reservations ahead of time.
We think everyone at End Cut once again for turning our even around and for send us off with happy full spirits. We shall see you all soon

Have dined here a few times before and always enjoyed the food and service, which is why this was disappointing. We returned to celebrate our anniversary and spent about $150.00 on dinner and tipped generously about $50.00, we’ll call it’s $200.00, total cash. After the meal, we were sitting quietly in the car in the parking lot for a brief private moment(maybe 3 minutes)exchanging gifts. The owner/chef approached the driver’s window and asked, ‘Are you coming or going?’ in a rushed and annoyed manner. It felt intrusive and unnecessary, especially given the occasion. If parking is tight due to overbooking, that should be managed internally, not by interrupting guests. It unfortunately put a sour note on what should have been a special evening. With that said, I realize not everyone is perfect and we all have off days or stress, but professionalism and courtesy go a long way, which is usually part of the experience. I’m very upset, that it upset my Fiancee during a heartfelt moment. It was a milestone anniversary and we haven’t had as much time to spend together just to get rushed. We can forgive, but it will be hard to forget when making future dinner plans for special events. It might sound goofy but sentimental is sentimental. That parking lot is where after a wonderful meal and we decided to become a couple. Anyway, just my two cents.
