I deleted my previous. Let’s say scandaling review to be a little more fair because boy talk about an overnight miracle. I haven’t been to Tim’s in quite some time, especially this location. Desperately craving caffeine. I decided to at least take the gamble. I’m glad I did gentleman’s name tags at Joshua. Made my coffee absolutely perfect. It actually tastes like the Tim Hortons I remember for my early years. Josh, thanks for putting a little bit of care and with that creamer and sweetener this morning. Shout out to you bro.

To many times given chances. Orders are always wrong. Order a mocha coffee with 5 creams 5 sugar substitutes and it comes out looking like milk. You report it they give you attitudes. I love our Galion Tim Hortons location. The manager is adorable, sweet, and always friendly in a non pervy way. The staff is amazing. They work hard to get orders out in a timely manner. It rarely works because they are always slammed, but they carry on with a smile, even when rude people are complaining. Seriously I love our galion location. The management, staff, and food is amazing.

service was okay, food was okay, (they did not have the spinach egg bites, but i understand supply chain issues), coffee not so much. ordered a medium iced vanilla latte. cup was not filled, you can also see the grounds at the bottom of the cup. did not taste very good.

I get coffee from here almost everyday! If I ever have any issues (which is rare) they always fix it right away. The staff is so always so sweet and if I have my kids with me they always say hi to them! They know it’s me when I come thru cause I order so much! Great place!
