Update: I really don’t understand how a company can charge 2$ for a product (cream cheese) and the employees don’t even add it to your sandwich. Is it just my luck? Or are their employees just that lazy? I work fast food. This is just crazy.
Hello and good afternoon thank you for reading my review! Today I ordered off door dash (I don’t have a car during the day) and I ordered timbits which they didn’t have and swapped them out for a horrible selection of donuts. I wish they would have had the dasher contact me for a preference. I also ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. They said the plain bagel was also out of stock so they swapped it for an everything which I was fine with as I like them. But as you can see in the photo, being charged for cream cheese and getting this is just outrageous. I’m extremely disappointed with this store.

Waited in line for ten minutes yesterday morning. The manager was busy taping and accosting a calm customer who was complaining they received a stale donut. She continued to insist the donuts were fresh but my donut was also stale. The icing crumbled when I touched it. Just gross. deplorable management at this location.

A woman named Brigid was screaming at us when we were patiently trying to order. They became extremely disrespectful the second me and my 5 siblings walked in. My little sisters were confused why we were being yelled at for wanting to pick the donuts for our timbits bucket. It was an extremely disrespectful environment and I don’t think I will return. Stale donuts, employees were not knowledgeable of the menu, customers in line complaining they had been waiting for a long period of time with no service. Building looks decrepit on the outside. Manager, Bridgette, was nasty and unhelpful. Her behavior was confrontational . We are driving from Canada to Florida and would NOT suggest this Tim Hortons. The standards of this Tim Hortons are below average. Will be calling corporate.

Something was clearly going on there today. The floor was covered with all these dead bugs. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have swept them up but you can see all the bugs in the picture and that was just one little area. I would have thought cleanliness would have been a concern but I guess not. I purchased a coffee but after seeing this I was afraid of what it looked like in the storage areas and kitchen so I just tossed it and left.

Place was deserted at the time of my visit. Employees, who seemed parked and content at first, literally vacated the front counter as I was entering the door. I waited and had to verbally request attention as they joked off to the side. When I got it, it was still a couple minutes before I received service and that service was with bad attitude. Poor customer service was enough to override the decent level expected of box store food.
