I was disappointed by Bistro 63. I ordered the chicken bacon mac, but what I received was a chicken and shells casserole in a lukewarm watery sauce. I couldn’t find any bacon in the sauce either. For a chicken and shells casserole it was good enough to eat, but it wasn’t what I was expecting. Pictured with this review is the “white poutine”. Again this should have been called something else, maybe “loaded bacon fries”. It was okay, but it wasn’t what I expected.
Finally one last note. The server was trying to clean up the tables, and I appreciate that. I did not appreciate the server leaving the bottle of cleaning spray and the rag used to clean the tables right next to me and my party while we were making the best out of what was essentially a disappointing meal.

Super awesome food and service! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and everything we tried was delicious. The flank steak was perfectly cooked and full of flavor — hands down one of the best we’ve ever had! The cocktails were just as impressive — expertly made and a perfect complement to our meal. My husband and I cannot wait to come back to have it all again!

Tasty lobster roll, and the “dirty chai” was good, too! But just good…
I liked that the fries were crispy and thick-cut. My partner enjoyed their pasta as well. It’s sort of fine-dining, but be it flavor or LIFE, something was missing. Maybe one more try before writing it off FYI, it was over $100 for two people to have dinner and share a dessert. Two drinks and tip. The more ya know!

Warm service that made us feel welcome! The food was good and filling, and the portions felt perfect. I got the jerk chicken which I thoroughly enjoyed, though wasn’t the biggest fan of the rice and beans having a risotto-like consistency (tasted good though). I always get the butternut squash and apple soup to start— one of my favorites!

My husband and I totally enjoyed our experience at Bistro 63. The food was made to have each item up a notch and felt really thought abt. Our waitress m/ bartender Emmy, is definitely the heart of the restaurant and invites all to discuss a personal cocktail they would like made up for themselves. We WILL be back!

Literally the best food experience me & my best friend have had. We got the burrata and sweet potato fries to start with, and then i got the shrimp risotto and she got the chicken bacon mac and cheese. Everything had actual depth of flavor and was so well put together. I don’t think i’ve had a better meal at any restaurant- and we go out a lot! Plus it’s such a cute little place, the atmosphere is amazing and our server was lovely. Will be recommending to everyone I know! Can’t wait to come back!

Bistro 63 was a lovely little place to eat. I truly enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. Be aware anything that says “Tomato” is probably red sauce and not just tomatoes in it. Their Shrimp & Avocado Salad is amazing! The Burrata is amazing as well!

The service is warm, welcoming and the food is delicious, their Lobster cream or soup warmed my soul in a special way.
But their Turkey avocado hamburger will make a fest of fresh healthy flavors in your mouth.
I strongly recommend this special, unique restaurant/ Bistro at Amherst by the centric Boltwood St.
