This has got to be the worst Tim Hortons in this area. The workers at 10:15 in the morning on a Saturday morning we’re rude as hell coughing all over food than giving it to you and treating people like garbage…We got a caramel iced coffee and it tastes like toilet water. Maybe the owner should be there to show the workers exactly how things are supposed to be done

This is my 2nd time at this location and both times I ordered a #5 meal at the drive thru. 1st time they forgot my hash browns. 2nd visit , i ordered the same #5, they forgot my hash browns again. Then the server said I only ordered the sandwich. The price was for a meal and she should have known that after charging my card. They need to do better with service. Not to mention I had individual items to carry without a bag.

Went through today ordered a vanilla cold brew and new coffee cake doughnuts. Got a regular iced coffee and glazed doughnuts. Not that hard, will be trying Dunkin tomorrow.

Honestly every single time I come here it’s a bad experience. My drinks are always made wrong & taste nothing like it should, never consistent. My drink I ordered was wrong & when asked to fixed it they did not remake my drink all they did was add to the one already made. It looked & tasted nothing disgusting, it was so rude not to take the time to make the CORRECT DRINK I PAID FOR. As a paying customer it’s honestly so annoying bc I work hard for my money, food is a reward so when it is made with little effort it really makes it feel like a waste of my hard earned money. It sucks because I already know how it’s going to be coming to this store. They workers are always disrespectful ( I have had 2 workers who were actually nice but other then that all bad experience) you can tell they want to rush you out, even with no customers behind me they are in such a hurry to throw your food out the window & get u moving, the food was not cooked all the way, they forgot a donut I ordered & they didn’t even bother fixing the mistake they made on the drink. I have learned my lesson about coming to this specific location I would rather make the drive to Perrysburg where they are actual decent human beings who cares about the job they are doing & the FOOD they are serving. At the end of the day you are working in the food industry you should care about the food ur giving people to eat & the service ur providing, I know it’s fast food but at the end of the day it’s bad service & I will not be returning. Anyone reading this review debating on this location, save ur money & go somewhere actually worth it:

I’m not a big complainer but literally ruining my morning I’m going to complain! Cold sausage egg biscuit for one the donuts tasted like they were made in burnt oil for 2 then you put my Boston cream donut in the bag chocolate side down so when I pull my donut out it takes the hole top off ! It’s been months since I stopped and spoiled myself with fast food chain breakfast and instead of being the ok normal I get ( I could care less ) service . I know not to expect much from fast food but this is crazy . I literally offered to get my employees Krispy cream donuts Mondays and Tuesdays now to not go to that crap store and yes I understand it’s not the hole chain but this is disgusting!!

Thank you for donating coffee and donuts to our Free Dental Day at Jon Frankel Dentistry. We were able to see over 90 patients with $42,000 of services. It is a first come, first see event. The donuts and coffee were perfect for those waiting!
Update! The day before Thanksgiving we open up the office for Free Dental Care. It is a first come, first serve event. Many guests waited out in the cold for hours. Once we opened the doors, they were greeted with hot coffee and donuts (We have plenty of toothbrushes.). Tim Horton’s on Monroe Street is one of the reasons Toledo is terrific.
Thanks again to our friends at Tim Hortons. Our Free Dentistry Day for active and retired servicemen and servicewomen in honor of those we remember on Memorial Day was a great success. The delicious, hot Tim Hortons coffee and tasty donuts made waiting a pleasure for our guests. Toledo has the best business partners imaginable. Thanks for supporting our local servicemen and servicewomen. Tim Hortons on Monroe Street is the best!
