went to order 2 for $6 bagel sandwiches, ended up being charged for combo meals. I was charged $4.24 extra comparative to how the order should have been wrung in. I went back to have the order wrung in correctly, asked them to ring it in the correct way I was refused by the manager. they told me it is the customer responsibility to make sure they ring it in correctly, however my question is, how am I supposed to know if they wrung it in correctly if I can’t see the order screen at the purchase window, wouldn’t you want the customers to trust your way of business? due to this I am highly unlikely to return reason: why am I going to want to return if I am possibly going to be charged $20 extra when ordering for friends and family members when I especially go there for promotional prices? at that point it is significantly better to go McDonald’s, because atleast their breakfast food tastes better.

I’m sorry, but nobody enjoys coming to your establishment in the morning and dealing with sourpuss employees that are short toned and not at all pleasant. I get it, you have to deal with your share of rude entitled customers, I do too as I work in the service industry. However, I never take it out on the other customers. I act how I want to feel and treat others with respect first. I would also like to mention that I paid for a loaded double sausage farmer’s wrap and got this strange avocado toast item in my bag instead. At one time I enjoyed coming to this location but I think the new crew is horribly trained for customer service and order accuracy. Please do better!

I’ve been coming to this location for years and in the past the service has been great but lately every time I go through the staff seems very annoyed to be doing their jobs and just overall rude no matter how polite you try to be. The staff acts as if you’re inconveniencing them by asking for a cup sleeve after they hand you a coffee hot enough to burn you through the cup. After this morning, where I burned my hand attempting to put a sleeve on my coffee because the staff couldn’t be bothered to, I think I’ll take my business elsewhere.
