I’ve been coming to this location consistently over the past couple months and they seem to never have any of the product they need to make their food. it’s always “we’re out of chicken” “oh we’re out of egg” I’m not sure if they’re saying this so they don’t have to make the breakfast menu or if they actually don’t have the product. its becoming beyond frustrating.

Quality of product is very poor. I order a ice cap with 1/2 the normal cream. I get a dark liquid that is not frozen. This has happened multiple times. It is not hard. Push the small cream button and add the mix. Why is it not frozen?

I normally don’t write reviews but this has been on my mind recently as I have tried time and time again to give Tim Hortons in Sunbury the benefit of the doubt but their customer service is terrible. Even the assistant manager has lack of confidence. It’s always something, they are always out of stuff, they don’t know how to make items on their menu. Then the employees are rude. They don’t have a care in the world. Prices of things keep going up and paying almost $6.00 for a coffee beverage only to not get it made correctly is frustrating. This has been a on going frustration for a long time. I definitely won’t be going back.

They’re lobby was closed at around 6, they were supposed to close at 7 the day I was there. An hour ahead, the were closed. I was passing through town with my dog and was already parked & situated him with water in the parking lot and such while I went to go in and order a drink. I usually buy something & then sit outside with my dog when it is nice & work on my laptop using the business’s WiFi. Since the lobby was closed, and I already had gotten situated, I decided to just go through the drive-thru after doing a little work (that was the plan). The WiFi stopped working around 6:15. I’m inclined to believe they shut it off because I was the only one there & maybe looked a little different then regular drive-thru frequenters. I frequently encounter unwelcoming business’s when I am sitting outside next to my car (though in the grass & out of the way). Some great businesses! This wasn’t one though. It was pretty disappointing, ended up not buying anything from them. It’s insane how protective suburban fast food chains tend to be of there low-occupancy WiFi & patches of grass. I hope it was just a weird coincidence. Have other reasons to believe maybe it wasn’t though.

This is without question one of the most poorly operated Tim Hortons in central Ohio. Wait times in line are probably 10-15 minutes if the line is 4+ cars long. Food is subpar at best.

Waited 25 minutes for 2 coffees and a some timbits. Nobody knew what was going on and there were 5 people waiting for their orders for 25+ minutes including one person who ordered 6 donuts that were already made and sitting in the case when he walked in.
