The food and coffee here are, typically, fresh and delicious, however, the service within this particular Tim Hortons was sorely-lacking. Regarding Tim Hortons overall, their coupons are diabolically-designed to appear compelling and budget-friendly, yet, the fine-print within themselves invalidates themselves being, actually, utilized within a manner customary for most patrons. This and the store-employees actively blocking customers from utilizing their coupons with arbitrary, ad-hoc policies which are not, even, detailed upon the coupons, themselves. This combination regarding misleading corporate-coupons and employees hating-upon customers by making-up non-existent rules leads to frustrating and wholly-unsatisfactory experiences for patrons.

Ask for and check your receipt. No proof but feel like we were overcharged for a drink we didn’t order on purpose. This is an easy way to boost store sales without most consumers noticing. Had to ask for the receipt when bill seemed too high. Order two combos which comes with a drink but an extra separate drink appeared on the receipt. Took receipt into store and seemed like the manager knew before even looking at the receipt what they did. They ended up refunding the drink back to the card. Also charged for the larger drink that doesn’t come with the combo without asking. Sure it’s only $3.60 but it’s things like this why consumers are turning their backs on fast food.
2 stars because the food was expected and quick.

Good breakfast. Staff great. Tables & area were okay. Main table cracked. Sitting area needed some attention. Last….. I know there are probably regulars that frequent here. But 2 best tables had 2 guys with laptops working. There when we came in…. there when we left. I guess I get it to a degree. Whatever.

I come to this location often to get my kids doughnuts. I doubt I’ll ever go back for my morning coffee. Paying $3.60 for an extra large and only receiving a medium size at best… I honestly want my money back.

Worst location. Every-time, there is an issue. The food is horrible, dry, hardly any cream cheese on bagels. They told us to pull forward to wait for bagel sandwich, they never came out, we waited 10 minutes. I go inside and ask for manager, she never apologized, she didn’t care at all, I was visibly annoyed. The sandwich had been sitting on the counter cold the whole time. Will not return. Horrible place.

I went there to get donuts for my grandkids before school. I ordered online and when I got there they said they were out of donuts at 6:30 am (they open at 5 am). I asked them to cancel my order and refund me my money. They said they can’t. I’ll NEVER go back to this Tim Hortons again. BEWARE of Plain City! AWFUL!

I don’t understand what’s wrong with this location and why none of my orders are ever correct. Unfortunately this is the only coffee shop from my home to work and this is what we’ve got to work with. From missing ingredients to completely wrong orders, there isn’t a time where I’ve come here and my order has been 100% correct. Like today; I ordered a vanilla ice coffee and got a straight black coffee with ice. Makes sense. Get it together.

So today’s tale is all about when you make the mistake of seeing the drive-through jam packed and you think that going in will be faster. Well I’m here to tell you ladies and gentlemen it’s not any faster in fact they were probably 20 cars in the line for the drive-through and so I just thought hey the drive-through person is slow. Once I got inside there were about 10 people in the standing line ahead of me during my weight three of those people walked out and left.
Now this is your standard Tim Hortons small box chain it’s clean looks nice everyone’s pleasant and the pace of the staff was average.
I have to assume that they were understaffed by about three people today but then again as I said the pace of the staff was not a fast hustle it was just a cruising speed average pace.
The staff really were pleasant but you’re dealing with additional Covid regulations I guess so the cashier probably change gloves 20 times that I saw.
Bottom line Is it this place is OK but I will avoid it in the future just because it’s not fast food we could’ve sit down and eat in our food at Bob Evans in the time that it took to stand in line for 15 minutes in the store and get our food.
I don’t think that it was the staffs fault here I think they were understaffed by few employees today and they had probably held this pace consistently all morning long so the hustle was already burned out of them

Schedule says open at 5am . Rarely open at 5 am. I have been there multiple times at 5:20 am as others are and no response from drive through and there are 3 cars in the parking lot. Ovens are on and donuts out but so employees inside in view. Also they do not answer the phone if you call to verify hours

I have visited many times in the past and this might be the first time I could honestly give a five star rating. The food and atmosphere are usually pretty good but from 2019 to 2021 the staff was largely grumpy and unhelpful. Lately, that seems to be changing, and my last several experiences have been positive other than a couple weak lattes. Today tho, it was all good! Love to see things moving in a positive direction
