I came for the All you can eat, but if course they didn’t seem to be doing that. Hours of the AYCE weren’t present, so if left me wondering and a little disappointed. Soup and salad were not served, so maybe at this location you have to ask.

Overall good experience. Nice place. A little difficult to find unless you know we’re you’re going. Very nice staff. A little more pricy compared to similar restaurants in the area.

I went yesterday (2/14) with friends. I’m not going to sugar coat anything. The service was awful. I’ve been here many times over the years and this is the worst experience I have ever had.

1- I never order the water because to me it tastes fishy. It is 100% from the tap.
2- the lemonade the past few times I’ve been have tasted like wasabi…like they stirred the lemonade with the same spoon they scoop the wasabi with.
3- the waitress we had was rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there which made everyone feel uncomfortable. She would walk up to our table and snatch the post its off the side of the table(we ordered the all you can eat) We’d always say please and Thankyou and she would just scoff at us.
4- one of my friends ordered a soda near the end due to the water being gross and the waitress walked away huffing
5- the experience was so bad I didn’t leave a tip and she was visually not happy about it.

If you don’t provide good service why do you believe a tip should be left? Why is it always expected? You can’t make customers uncomfortable and feel like they’re a burden to you and expect anything more than just payment.

I hope the service improves. The place has potential but if the waitress that served us last night continues the behavior you’ll probably lose a lot more customers.

You know it’s authentic if Ommas are working there. Foods are heavenly delicious! It justify the cost to the portion of food. Friendly staffs! Would definitely go back! Highly recommend!!

This place was beyond disgusting, the entrance was moldy, when you walk in it smelled like body odor, the bathrooms are down the hall and creepy. Doesn’t have a real bathroom it’s a half door that anyone can look into. The food tasted day or days old depending on what it was. Our party of 3 ordered 3 crunch rools, chicken fried rice, egg rolls sesame chicken and spicy tuna roll. All the rice including the rolls tasted old and gooey, the crab meat in the crunch was so fishy tasting. The spicy tuna tasted rotten, and the egg rolls had a weird tangy taste. I cant believe i wasted time and money here.

I don’t usually write reviews but this was a terrible and frustrating experience for me and my friends. First of all, there was little to no communication between the two different servers. Another thing was that they listed on the menu we can order 8 sushi orders per person and one order was 2 pieces. After our group of 6 ordered 31 orders, they told us that the order limit was not 8 orders per person but 8 pieces of sushi. This was very misleading and we felt like we didn’t get what we paid for. Furthermore, the service was slow so for an “all you can eat” we weren’t fully satisfied.

It is good to have lunch at Seoul Rice, the best restraunt in Fairbanks. EVERYONE SHOULD YRY AYCE! Then you will know how much the rice is and you will never want to eat at this place anymore!

We have been going here for many years. We have had birthday parties, celebrations and just plain dinner here. This will be our last. The service was aweful. The waitress mean mugging us, rolled her eyes, ticked her tongue, and pretty sure we were flicked off (cant be sure if was for us or someone else.) All four of us could tell she did not like us. We asked for more water and it seemed like we were bothering her. Then she came back and very forcefully put a pitcher of water on the table. I asked for a fork and she wasn’t happy about that either. Then the table next to us asked for forks as well. I believe that made her even more mad.

The food was OK, but dont ask any question because I think that’s where her hatered for us started. Very sad!

Ordered the buffet with sushi for 45.99. The rolls are full of rice and didn’t taste that good. The sushi is very ordinary as well. Bathrooms are a disaster.
