I go to this location 3 to4 times week for the last year and half. The food is always good some of the employees are nice. Manager is moody always seams like he is mad all the time. If I could give some feed back is bring back good customer service.after all us customers pay your pay checks. Good service goes along ways.

Walked in for a coffee ☕ at 09:00 AM. Surely the person (male with face piercing) wasn’t happy to serve me for unknown reasons.
It wasn’t busy either in-store. 3-4 cars in drive through.
I only ordered two hot drinks. Got the drink and left. Not a good experience of Tim Hortons.

This is a nice location. They get your order to you fast in the drive thru! I had the Caramel Latte and a Honey Dip Donut. Everything was tasty. The staff was nice!

absolutely horrible service. asked for a bagel with cream cheese and they gave me this joke. i went inside to ask for a refund and they rolled their eyes and gave me a cup full of cream cheese and a fork.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. Friend ordered a muffin, sandwich, and a drink.
New employees took our order proceeded to make our sandwiches and one drink. Place them at the takeout counter, said “here you go” and they both left the store potentially having to clock out or something.
Two ladies that were around that I assume we’re “training” the new hires then proceeded to do routine things while our orders are still unfinished. We stood and made eye contact with them multiple times, not once did they ask us if we were still waiting on anything or needed help.
Our friend spoke up and kindly said “hello, I am still waiting on a muffin and my drink” the older women ask her what the order was. She begins to make the drink and as my friend is thanking her she interrupts her with “hello may I take your order” fake smiles and points to the headset.
The younger lady then finally asks us what we need and I said “we are still waiting on our drink the, other two gave us food and just left” and she replied with “yeah well, they are new hires” instead of just apologizing she shifted the blame on them. When she was the one who told them to leave the store.
Not impressed with the service, I didn’t ask for a refund because I was hungry and i also have worked retail so I understand. But c’mon, if you see people in an empty shop staring at you the least you can do is ask if we need any help.

We went in to order a simple order- a 20 piece pack of Tim Bits 10 honey, 10 chocolate glazed. This was so hard to comprehend for whatever reason, the associate had my boyfriend repeat the order which he had repeated. When we got in the car, the order was assorted with other flavors. When he had gone back to get it correct he proceeded to say, “That’s not what I heard”. Associates need to do better at comprehending simple orders, and not fixing what their customers said respectfully.

Only 2 employees working morning rush with only the security lights on on the back line. Really unsafe. Ordered a XL with a triple/triple and I got a cup of basically cream had to trash the whole cup. Breakfast wrap was terrible. I can’t blame the employees probably burnt out trying to hold up a business on their back.
Need to close the place or reduce you’re menu too coffee and donuts until you can get adequate staffing levels to put out better service.
