Slowest service ever
Didnt get my sons sandwich
Ordered 2 bagels with cream cheeses there was hardly any cream cheese and instead of putting the bagels together the right way nooooo we put it together bottom to cut so the little cream cheese that’s on it get stuck to the bottom of the one bagel And I didn’t even have time to correct any of it because they was so slow. That now I’m running late to my daughters volleyball tournament so thanks I gave my food up to my son so he had something to eat and I get to be hungry

Overcharged on multiple items and gave us the wrong items. If you order here, make sure you take pictures of the prices and/or check on your phone for their online menu. We were up-charged badly on items and when we asked at the window they told us it was correct. Got home and checked, sure enough we were over charged.

I went to this location on Saturday 12/20/2025. I got in the drive through around 9:35 am and they took my order at 9:45ish. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and was told to pull around to the front railing and they would bring my order to my car. After waiting 15 minutes I decided to go in and ask about my order. They had forgotten about the order and had no idea what I was waiting for. After waiting even longer I got one of the two sandwiches at 10:15.

I am obsessed with ice caps. So I have tried many different places that sell them to see which is my favorite. Tim Hortons is hands down, by far ranked as my #1! I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else! Beats Starbucks any day!!

The staff did not know what they had, did not know what we had ordered, and spent more time playing grab ass then working. We waited 15 min for food we didn’t order. No biscuits, no hashbrowns, couldn’t figure our what doughnuts we wanted. Horrible.

Typically I love Tim Hortons breakfast sandwiches. I was really surprised by the terrible service we received. We were the only car in line at 2:30pm. I ordered one plain bagel sausage sandwich. They told me they were out of all bagels except cinnamon raisin, Asiago, or multigrain. I opted for the multigrain and asked to make it into a meal. My options were to bits but only chocolate or blueberry because they’re were out of everything else, a donut but the donut selection was “extremely limited” (there words not mine), a muffin but they only had one kind, and no hash browns. I ended up going with just the sand which when I got home I was shocked to see they took a piece of sausage and cut it in half. The bagel was also hard as a rock. We ended up driving back to return the sand which and get our money back.

Ordered a BLT- said they were out of the regular bread so they substituted it, which is fine but when I got home it only had bacon and tomatoes on it. This is seriously so unacceptable. How hard is it to put the normal things on a sandwich. Who thought that this was good enough? Really glad I spent $9 for a meal and this is my sandwich. Do better.
