Ordered online for delivery and it was all wrong so I tried to call to resolve it. Took me 3x to get through. I explained all the things that were wrong/missing. Missing sauces (that I paid extra for). Cinnamon buns that came with no icing at all on it. Wrong cheese bread was sent. Buffalo wings barely had any sauce on it. All he offered was a $2 “coupon” that I could use as an in store order but not valid for an online order.. it’s 2025 come on. And only $2?? Ridiculous.

So I never like doing reviews on anything but this time I think it deserve my time doing it. So I came to this location on mission riverside I order my food and spent over $86 dollars and I took two bills of 50 to pay and they didn’t received of because they don’t larger bill only 20s and down which is pretty stupid because I’m spending more than 75 dollars. For that reason I give this place a 1 star review.

I had the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had picking up pizza. There was a tiny issue with my order I had placed in advance. When I arrived, a crew member named BETH was quick to exceed my expectations. Beth wend above and beyond and was the epitome of excellent customer service!! She truly blessed my evening.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews and I try to give everyone grace, but this is honestly the worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to. I’ve been here about four times only because it’s the closest one to us, and every time it’s been a letdown. There’s an American male employee with a mustache who usually wears a hat, and he is consistently rude and unaccommodating. It makes the experience uncomfortable from the start. The wings are always dry, which is disappointing because Pizza Hut is known for having good wings, just not at this location. The pizza is messy. They also almost always forget my ranch, even though I’m paying extra for it. Pizza Hut isn’t the cheapest pizza option, so you expect the service and quality to match the price, but that hasn’t been the case here at all. I’m not sure if he’s the owner or not, but whoever is in charge really needs to step in before this location does more damage to the brand.

On a previous visit I order the tavern pizza. It was done right away. I was happy it was done quickly. When I got home I noticed it was dry and old. I called to get a replacement. I got a phone call from the business and was told a credit will be applied. I went weeks later to redeem credit and I was denied.

This was a very nice pizza place, I did not realize that they were a delivery or take out only, because this was our first time here,We ordered four pizzas and breadsticks it took them about 20 minutes to complete our order, the staff we dealt with was awesome, he was very helpful and definitely very understanding to our needs I would 100% recommend this Pizza place because of their efficiently but also the quality of their pizza. Eat local, buy local shop local.

Windows are filthy, floor is dirty , front counter is greasy, pizza warmer is grimey can’t imagine the kitchen would be clean. manager should be ashamed along with the owner, pizza is undercooked (see cheese) hope I don’t get food poisoning from this, then to add insult to injury they now try to sell you red pepper and Parmesan cheese…Really! Good luck , with all this your gonna need it Pizza Hut.
