I go to Tim Hortons a lot. I went for lunch today and ordered a Ham & Swiss sandwich MEAL. I pull to the window and pay over $10 and she hands me a sandwich and a drink, NO CHIPS. So I ask her about the chips and she tells me she has to charge me more for the chips! I get back to work and the sandwich was horrible! Barely any Mayo and the bread tasted like it was two weeks old! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I go here every day and always get the same thing…large hot chocolate and a chocolate chip muffin. The Caucasian lady and the black gentleman always friendly and overly nice. Well I sure can tell when they’re not there because I get a hot chocolate and a blueberry muffin (which I don’t like) and now I’m calling and not receiving an answer. All the laughter and giggling needs to stop if you can’t pay attention to this small order.

I order a double egg bacon and cheese bagel. And they can’t seem to put 2 eggs on there I usually only get one. And if you call the store nobody answers the phone. So try not to go to this one. The other 2 in this area always gets right.

Most of the workers are nice but there’s always that one girl at the drive thru with attitude like why would you work in costumer service if you don’t like people she even sound like she don’t like herself idk what did she make me but I ordered 2 caramel macchiatos I did not get those coffee instead she gave me 2 pitch black coffees.

I normally don’t have a problem picking up orders that I make online in the drive thru but today I had one of the worse experiences at Tim Horton at this location. I pull up to get my order and one of the workers tells me he doesn’t see my order and I need to show him on my phone. While he’s asking he’s being rude and condescending as if I was lying or that I made the pick up at the wrong location. Eventually a second worker find my order and asked me to pull forward to wait for my food. They couldn’t complete my order completely because they didn’t have Tim Bits so I asked for blueberry muffins to equal the cost of a 20 piece timbit. I only received 1 blueberry muffin. The weekend shift that works in the afternoon at this location is trash. They sucked so bad that I felt the need to get on Google and leave this review.
