Love this place – the people are always kind and get through the orders quickly. My only complaint is that I’m addicted to iced capps.

I hope somebody gets in there and helps this store out. People were great and friendly! But ordered some Tim Bits at 8 something in the morning got home. They are either not fresh or over cooked. They were crunchy and not soft like other Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Also there was like no glaze some didn’t have any glaze. Just eating dry, plain, dough.

Ok overall, but one thing I don’t understand the logic on is putting donuts in bags, specifically Boston cream and vanilla cream… the frosting always sticks on the bag and I’m left with a donut with no icing on it. I can’t imagine that employees are unaware of this.

Save your money and go somewhere else. Besides them not having my blueberry timbits, which is a disappointment. I stopped this morning and asked for allergen information. I kind you not, the girl behind the counter said “we can’t reveal nutrition or allergy information because, like, we don’t know where it’s been. Does that make sense?” NO!! That makes no sense whatsoever! You’re a restaurant and should know and share this information every time.

The service is abysmal. Ordered a donut, a muffin and 3 simple sandwiches. Took them 30min to get my food to me, all while 4 other customers were served that came in after me AND at least 10 cars in the drivethru. The employees literally didnt have a care in the world for customers. Avoid this location.
