The young lady and gentleman who took my order were kind, quick & attentive. However, I do not recommend the hot chocolate or french vanilla- they tasted awful! I also do not recommend the blueberry donut holes, they looked like some were bitten out of & every single one tasted stale. I went back through & the young lady said it’s the type of dough they used but kindly replaced them with a different type of donut hole which were moist & tasted MUCH better & definitely not stale. The food/drinks are subpar but their service was excellent!

Waited for ten minutes inside the store, did not get greeted or acknowledged by either employee. Just to note, there had only one other customer in the store on a Sunday at 7:30 am. Decided to leave and get our coffees at the BFS Cafe/gas station. Best dam coffee from a gas station. Highly recommend going there rather than Tim Hortons. They should honestly close this store. What a waste of retail space.

Waited for 20 minutes for 2 double double coffees, while all orders that came in behind us were filled. Finally staff asked if we needed anything, they forgot our order! When we received the coffee it was disgusting just above dirty water with no coffee flavor. We have been to this Tim Hortons many times in the past with quality service, today was anything but.

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. When I walked in, I saw an employee licking cream cheese off his hand after making a bagel—thankfully I realized it was for himself, but it was still very off-putting and unprofessional. The other employees made my pickup order, but when it was handed to me, the employee only gave me part of it and called my name. I had to remind him that I ordered two additional items. After leaving, I also noticed one of my bagels had cream cheese instead of butter, which is not what I ordered. Overall, the experience felt careless and unhygienic, and the order accuracy was poor.

I placed an order through the app this morning so we could pick up donuts after swim lessons. When I arrived at the store, they had not even started on the order. Most of the donuts I wanted were not available and my kids really had their hearts set on specific flavors. I asked for a refund and was told I would need to go through the app for a refund. When I put in a help request through the app, I was told that I actually needed to get a refund at the store. I called the store to ask for help and was told that I needed to drive back to the physical location for them to refund my purchase (even though they could find my order in their history). I live about 25 minutes from this location and its such a hassle. I’m most irritated that the general manager was in store and told me to use the app for the refund instead of just helping me while I was there. Definitely won’t be going back.

It’s definitely a mandatory pitstop to get food and Gas when I travel from Pittsburgh to Ocean City Maryland this is my first pit stop! Gas is cheap. Food is good and the people that work there are extremely friendly.

We love Tim Hortons but my word…. There were two employees, people in drive thru, one employee came out front, didn’t acknowledge that we had been standing there for 5 minutes. Never did come over to take our order… then the other person came out and he asked for help. Finally took out order but seemed confused while taking it. I had to repeat myself three times and it wasn’t anything major. 1- iced coffee, 1 reg coffee and 2 donuts!!
