At 10:00AM OrdeRED inside to go – 2 everything bagel breakfast meals with sausage and hash browns with coffee with cream. Employee taking the order spoke very softly and was difficult to hear. After ordering was told they were out of hash browns as my sides and replaced with donuts. Got the order home – breakfast sandwiches were ice cold and appeared not be heated & there was no cream in the coffees. Being that I am less than a mile from the location was not the issue with sandwiches.
Crew appeared that they just going through the motions that morning to get me out the door. Very disappointed in the service and quality of the food and will go to the other locations in the future.

Came here for coffee ☕ and a two breakfast sandwich. The menu behind the counter lacks the details needed to order outside of a combo meal
I didn’t see prices for single/double sandwiches or anything but size for the coffee. No prices on that. I get the feeling they prefer you to spend more for a combo. I know this might seem petty but it’s just surprising how unorganized the menu is.
The egg & sausage on English muffins was delicious. Just what you would expect from a chain restaurant. The staff there was very helpful (specifically the female cashier) and saw everyone busy trying to fill orders.
The only problem is people ordering IN-HOUSE seem to take a backseat to those orders from online. I don’t think this is intentional but they had a line of people waiting inside and at the drive thru. My best guess is they prioritize online, then the drive thru and then inside ordering. Which to me feels kinda backwards in a way.
The tables and floors were fairly clean considering it is a fast food restaurant. There is plenty of parking (just not out front imo) near buffalo road
They do have an outdoor table and chairs section. But this being winter ❄️☃️ no one was using it. I tried going to the restaurant called ‘Coffee in the park’ but the parking there was not very good. Maybe I missed the overflow lot because both sides of Main Street were locked up with vehicles already.

Went there at about 730am and they were almost out of donuts. Should have plenty of backups at that time. Breakfast sandwich was decent, but nothing out of the ordinary. Should be more prepared since they are primarily a breakfast place.

Didn’t have anything for my order, I did a mobile order and they told me I couldn’t get the wraps I ordered because they were out of all products for it. Was told I could get a different sandwich or would have to come back a different day. If I didn’t do those options I wouldn’t get my money back. I ordered a different sandwich but was told we couldn’t get it with bacon. Got to the window and nobody came to it for 5 minutes. Got my order and my sandwiches were completely wrong asked for no tomato and got tomato, nothing in my order was correct other than the muffin.

my boyfriend and i are frequent tim horton’s enjoyers. we go pretty much everyday. we arrived for dinner. i have a gluten free diet, but not celiac. every tim horton’s has been so accommodating and allowed me to order a chicken panini without the bread. i don’t expect to pay less or anything. except this timmy’s. the cashier refused to serve it to us and said “their manager wouldn’t like it or allow it.” what the heck? unfortunately, this is the worst service at a tim horton’s i received. the manager wasn’t even asked! either the manager hates people with dietary restrictions or this cashier was too lazy to serve it. now i’m just sad and hungry ):

This Tim Horton’s is always wonderful. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Which is nice since I go so early in the morning. The service in the drive-thru is quick , when there’s a longer line, it goes like there isn’t one. My orders have never been wrong. The food and drinks are always good.

This location is usually pretty fast on getting the food or drinks ready but is constantly messing up orders. When I have just drinks delivered it’s usually correct but everytime I’ve ordered food (which has been multiple times) it has not been right once. Do not recommend getting delivery from this place and make sure you double check your bag before pulling away from drive thru.
