Mannnnnnnn ohh maaaannnn this was the worst by far .. I ordered on “ BeyondMenu” app and Boneless spare ribs small house fried rice large , crab Rangoons & 2 shrimp eggs rolls … the egg rolls were soaked in grease my rice was dry and no taste my spare ribs were terrible and old gummy my crab rangoons were hard that I decided to knock on the table with them .. I asked for a refund and at first he told me no even after i showed one of the employees these videos and photos before arriving at the store with the products they gave me .. won’t be back EVER !!

We used to drive by this place a lot, and always wondered about it, so about a year or so ago, we tried it out. Well, that was a mistake, as that experience taught us to never go back. Sure, the food was OK, however, there are Plenty of places to get Awesome Chinese Food that is not just OK, but, well, Awesome!!!
The people were not all the friendly, however, it is OK, as they may not speak English very well, or at all, so we are kinda used to those kinds of things.
However, we both like to wash our hands before we eat, and there was No Soap in the restroom, and no Towels to try our hands. Also, there was NO Toilet Paper! Makes me wonder, do they even wash their hands before they cook the food?
How do they take care of their own personal bathroom needs? I can understand you not wanting people coming in to use the bathroom and then leaving, however, we were paying customers.
So, for us to go back to a place like that, well, it is never going to happen. And another negative for me is the over priced soda pops in a can.

We ordered two orders of chicken chow mein combo dishes and got cabbage with chicken…super disappointed. Everywhere you look online shows what chicken chow mein is and this isn’t it. I have seen maybe “Cabbage” chow mein variations but either way be careful when you order this because you won’t be getting the noodles that you are expecting.

Friend of mine and I ordered the same thing: sweet and sour chicken and fried rice, she got a small and I got a large.
We received the order fairly fast … but our chicken was mostly inedible, our fried rice was off with taste and I’m just overall dissatisfied and disappointed.

I stopped ordering from here a couple years ago because they said my card didn’t work so I paid cash. Later I found out my card did work and they said that my refund would be available after a couple days. It never got returned and it wasn’t a ton of money so I let it go and decided not to order from them for a while. I tried again today and I got charged almost $85 dollars for a 30$ order! What the heck?! I asked how that happened and she said they put the tip in wrong, but, that wasnt possible because I hadn’t even received my order yet. They literally charged me a random amount. A $15 dollar discrepancy is understandable.. I guess.. But FIFTY DOLLARS is not. The food is really good sometimes… But that will be my last order. And if y’all do order, pay cash!
They also gave me the wrong items and the food seemed old eventhough they just opened.

I absolutely love this place and I love the employees. They give you huge portions and the food is amazing. I work down the road at Amcor and can call them as I’m walking out for lunch , order my food, and they have it ready by the time I make it literally five blocks down the road. They are very friendly and they remember me everytime I go lol.

Made an order at 8:19pm for delivery, driver shows up about 30mins later talking about your order has been canceled..I didn’t cancel my order. They charged my card $65. The manger said she will send another driver..and here it is 9:40 no food and No one answering my calls..and they took the $65 off my card!!!..never again
