I was ignored and over looked more than once and cut in front of with the staff seeing this and bever saying a word or doing anything about it . It took me a half an hour just to put my order in and ghen another 5 or 6 min to get my sandwich and also after that long of a wait thier coffee machine was down and i didnt see a sign any where and no one said anything until i ordered. I am.glad i was waiting for more than coffee unlike the people behind me.!

Food was good as usual, the young man who served me could care less about customer service, just handed me the bag without even looking at me and turned around to continue his conversation. I was halfway through my wrap when I bit on something hard and found this plastic clip in my steak wrap. Incredibly disappointing how you have 1 job, to make fast food, and this happens. I’m gonna not come to this Tim Horton’s again.

We must have gone at the perfect time as there was hardly any inside customers. The drive thru was a constant flow of vehicles. All the staff were nice to me and my 5 year old son. The bathroom was clean which is a good indicator of the rest of the facility. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Twice in one day the orders for work are messed up completely! Barely any chips with the meals and on top of that they gave and marked the regular coke as diet made my employee terribly sick. Never will return.

I love their specialty coffees and my 13 yr old daughter always begs me to buy her one (which I usually do) My 9 yr old daughter wants nothing to do with coffee but she loves your fancy limited edition pink flower donuts. I think they are for Easter. We missed them last year. And Dad also isnt about coffee but loves the blueberry timbits. We all end up happy without spending much more than we would have for a bunch of crap at CoFair.

I ordered a large iced Capp with no whipped cream they handed me one with whipped cream and I asked them to make another without and instead they just took the whipped off and pored out some and handed me a cup that wasn’t even full that’s ridiculous!
