Celebrating my 75th birthday! Everyone was great. When we got in we were taking pictures and the receptionist offered to take one of all of us. When seated Debra took care of us. She was awesome explaining any questions or special requests. Food was delicious and plenty with enough to take leftovers. I ordered the Mermaid rolls. My grandson a combination. The seaweed salad was fancy and rich. The prices are very attractive. Not expensive at all. We are definitely going back.

First time going here and it won’t be the last. This restaurant has a great location and the prices are amazing! The service was fantastic the women there were really nice. The food was so good. Got the Rainbow Naruto Roll, Fried Calamari, and the Clear Soup. Everything was enjoyable. The calamari was the best!

Visited Sushi Bistro on a Saturday evening around 6 PM for dinner, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We were immediately seated upon arrival, which was a great start to the evening.
The service was excellent—our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Our selection of sushi did not disappoint; everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Each roll was prepared with care, and you could truly taste the quality of the ingredients.

I had an amazing time at Suchi Bristo. Devi and Rosie gave us outstanding service they were so professional, but also warm and personable. We shared some great laughs and a lovely little conversation, which made it feel so homey and welcoming. I can’t wait to invite them soon so we can all have fun together at The Villages! Lol

We really liked the menu, there are two different sushi sections to order from. The prices are good for the portions even on the standard bento boxes. If you are walking the Ocala square, definitely try to get it for a bite!

Food was very, very good. Service was… forgetful. Unorganized. Appetizers and sushi came to the table after the hibachi dinners. Drinks were forgotten. Orders forgotten. Im assuming we had a new server, but no one was helping her out. None of the other servers checked on us or checked in with her to see if she needed help. They studiously ignored our inquiring stares and raised hands as they marched past our tables.
It wasn’t even busy. We were maybe the 5th table seated, between 3-4 servers.
Poor teamwork, felt bad for the girl.
Also, it’s so dark in there you need the flashlight on your phone just to see the menu.

Best sushi place in town. I love to start with the “cool roll” and share a katsu dinner. Everything is fresh, big portions and we always leave so satisfied. Debbie is our favorite waitress! Ask for her if you want great conversation and friendly service.

We walked from our hotel to the cutest sushi restaurant. The prices were fair and not expensive. Our service was quick and enjoyable. The edamame was so good. The sushi was fresh, and the rice was cooked perfectly. It was not by far the best, but it did hit the spot.

The food, always mediocre at best, generally bordering on terrible. The “Sushi” is never, not ever fresh and clean tasting, the fried rice? Terrible. One saving grace is their seaweed salad…but…then…well…then we saw the kitchen. WOW…seriously? How can the Health Departrment not shut this place down? Some guy sits in the alley all day and night chain smoking popping into and out of the kitchen. The garbage sits right inside the door, on the floor, all over the kitchen (I mean, the dumpster is RIGHT THERE!!!!).
My god….CLEAN THIS PLACE. Seriously. It would be great if someone Gordon Ramsey were to show up and thrown all of the trash to the owners feet (then again, he would be burried).
I am pretty confident that the only reason anyone ever ends up here is due to the lines at other resturaunts being too long to wait. Yuck.
