I ordered breakfast for my family and drove all the way home about 4 miles and didn’t realize until I got home that not only were the order is wrong, but my son’s order wasn’t even in the bag. I went back to the Hortons on foote Avenue to address this issue and was met with a grown female with an attitude. And then she commence to put her fingers all over our food to check and see if the order was right compared to the receipt that I had in my hand. I was noticeably flustered when the manager came over to see what the problem was. The cash register lady then got a smile on her face like I said something funny or that this whole thing was just funny to her. When I turned to ask her, hey did I say something funny, the manager said I was getting aggressive and I needed to leave. I said yes I’m pissed off because I had to drive all the way back here just to get the order right that you guys got wrong. They just constantly met me with attitude instead of good customer service. So I then call my other half to explain the situation, and the cash register lady commenced to make fun of me with the other customers inside. I don’t know where she was raised, but Where I come from that’s disrespectful. And I feel disrespected on top of not getting my order right. Really, making fun of another customer in front of customers is should be a fireable offense .This is the third time it’s happened And I got attitude about it. Never going there again. Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I am most definitely going to speak to that shift manager’s boss. Because obviously I wasn’t getting any help from those two females. They just had attitude with me. Poor customer service ever.

Shoutout to this smaller Tim Hortons for doing what the Brooklyn Square flagship apparently cannot: fast service, friendly staff, and a basic understanding that customers exist.

Orders are taken quickly, made correctly, and handed over by people who actually seem happy you’re there. A concept that feels revolutionary after visiting the Brooklyn Square location.

It’s kind of impressive how this little spot runs circles around the shiny new “flagship.” No attitude, no endless waiting, no existential dread in the drive-thru line. Just coffee, efficiency, and good vibes.

Proof that you don’t need a flagship store you just need people who care.

I stopped by at 5:30 in the morning to get my cup coffee to be at work at 6:00 I asked for a sleeve and I said it was common sense cuz coffee’s hot and they said they don’t normally give sleeves unless it’s black coffee and then she gave me attitude about telling her how to do her job. It was offensive.

Too busy to go to drive thru, went inside. Girl at counter acted as though she didn’t want to be there. Didn’t offer a carrier for drinks, nor did she ask if I wanted my receipt. I was going to try to get something added to my order, but didn’t even want to.

We sat in lane 1 waiting patiently to place an order while never being acknowledged for more than 15 minutes. We watched 4 other cars get their order taken in lane 2 that had pulled in well after us. We finally just pulled up and then had to wait so we could exit the line. How disappointing.

I guess spending this much at this TimHorton’s at this time of day(7am) is to much. I had to correct the long haired kid twice to get my order correct and even before that he acted like I was a pain coming in that early with that big of an order… and whatever your getting paid it’s to much!!! Maybe you should change careers if you hate your job this much. Tim Horton’s drive thru is always full… well it won’t be with me anymore

Stopped in for their 2 for $6 breakfast had the egg, sausage, cheese on English muffin. Excellent deal, great food greeted me when I entered. Seating is limited but very cozy plus they have 2 outside tables. Very enjoyable with friendly staff…

Decided to get a steak wrap i was eating it and so enjoying it until i started choking and gaging i pulled a very long peice of plastic out of my mouth n throat. They did refund us n offer to remake it…but there was no way after that that i could eat anything else. I could of seen past it if it was on the outside of my wrap but it was mixed in with the steak lettuce n tomato. Just so gross and those workers make more per hour then our emt just not acceptable
