First off the guy that took my order..sound like he didnt wanna take the order sounds like he’s still sleeping, i get to the window and pay for my food ..i had to repeat my whole order to the girl at the window then i had to tell them im missing part of the oder then i get my food and its not even what i payed for i asked for strawberry cream cheese they give me plain and on top of that its some green stuff in it smh ♀️ i just wont be coming back and will not be recommending this location to anybody ..sound like the staff just dont care to do their job right . Im a paying customer i should get what i payed for not what they feel like giving me .

Went to this location on 4th of July. Women who took order was nice and order came out good. The service was super quick and the employees were all friendly! The cook (not sure of his name) was so nice and made our food in no time! Lots of seating if you want to dine in. The iced vanilla coffee I got with cream (no sugar) was tasty but maybe less cream next time since it was more milky colored. Overall a good experience here even on a holiday!

I placed a mobile order at 9:32. I was in the parking lot when I did it. Went inside and waited by the pick-up counter. I ended up waiting until 10am before I said something. All I ordered was an apple fritter and iced capp. No one called a name or number, put it on the pick-up counter. Nothing. It was sitting on their back counter until I said something 30 minutes later!! That is ridiculous and I am absolutely livid. I will not be returning to this location.

Most of my chain reviews just say “its a wendys” but this Tim Hortons is always super friendy and helpful. Today it was Marquise, who did a great job offering food suggestions, because they were out of steak paninis. He was in a jovial mood and it was clear that he enjoys being there. He should get a raise, and corporate should look at what’s happening there and help to spread that enthusiasm around.

Wrong order – way wrong! They had been terrible for a while and were getting better but today they got my egg and cheese breakfast sandwich wrong. I only asked for egg and cheese – nothing more. I’m not a big meat eater (especially early in the morning). Before I even opened the wrapper I smelled something foul. When I opened it my sandwich had loose meat all the place. i have no clue what kind of meat it was supposed to be and it smelled like it was rotted. I contacted the restaurant and corporate and received no answer. I even contacted Tim Horton’s Twitter account and no answer. I guess they don’t care. Lazy and sloppy. I tried to post a picture from my phone but for some reason it isn’t coming up.
